I am very pleased with the doors and windows fitted by Mid kent Windows. Great customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service very pleased with my new doors. Very professional service.

Poor customer service. Do not honour their guarantees. I have a window with a seal that’s gone, the front door has significantly faded and the letter box is peeling! I can provide photos or alternatively I have uploaded these to my Google review. My advice…stay away from Mid Kent Terrible Windows and Doors

A local family run company - good value for money, super product and excellent service. From initial home visit, fitting (Mark, Alan and Aaron were a pleasure to have working in our home) to aftersales follow up we have had a completely stress free experience. Would definitely recommend. We are chuffed.

We had a new stable door and 6 windows fitted yesterday. One window is a very original shape with an arch and our house is not of conventional construction, so there were complications involved. The whole process was completed so professionally and with great attention to detail. The windows and door are all of wonderful quality and we are extremely pleased with them.
The 3 installers worked quickly, neatly and with skill to put in the windows and door and the clearing up process left not a speck!!
They were friendly and got on with the job.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Mid Kent Windows and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Mid Kent replaced our tired (and rotting!) timber framed windows with beautiful uvpc frames in black ash (to match the same style as the old ones), which are stunning. The two fitters who did the installation where first class. Both Tim & Mick worked non stop for the three days they were here, always arriving on time and leaving our home each day in a very tidy (and clean state). Nothing was too much trouble, they were both were more than happy to take time explaining things (every day is a school day for me so I ask lots of questions!)
Only one slight snag with one of the windows which has been sorted without fuss :)

Midkent absolutely delivered what they promised in the time frame explained at the begining of the process, but I would say a couple of updates from the point of ordering to being given an install date would have made it even better.

I would have no hesitation on using mid kent again.

After having our front door replaced we experienced some difficulties operating the locks when we phoned MKW, with our concerns their service engineer arrived within two hours and put our minds at rest. He was very patient and understanding,i would highly recommend MKW to anyone who asks.

Excellent service and reasonable price. Would prefer documents etc by email rather than post.

My first time using this company, which was recommended to me by a friend, to replace my front door. Great customer service from start to finish from the ladies in the office to the chaps fitting the door. A neat and tidy job at a competitive price. Would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Facias, soffits and gutters replaced. Excellent service and products. House left tidy and customer service good. Would highly recommend.

This is the second house we have had Mid Kent Windows in to replace the windows and doors. No problems at all from start to finish. Good communication and very tidy fitters.

I bought a new front door and side window which was fitted in March 22.
In Nov 22 I noticed draughts coming through both the door and window. They came out twice to rectify the window and twice to look at the door. On the second visit in Dec 22 for the door their installation manager (Sid) attended on my insistence. He said the hinges had been put on upside down in the factory. He and a fitter spent a couple of hours sorting this out. Other issues with the door were draughts coming through vertical joint where frame members met. Sid said he could sort that out with a frame cramp and would contact me after Christmas to resolve this issue. I’m still waiting for his call some 3 months later. A surveyor has looked at the door and he has said the frame cramp solution would not have worked as the door would have deformed and failed further.

Having used this company on several occasions for replacement windows and doors over many years, I had more recent dealings with them and their customer service has hit rock bottom. Staff changes seem to be one of the reasons but they are totally unable to work "with" their customers anymore and are quite frankly inept and arrogant. It was with sad regret to have to go with another window company this time around after previous good experiences with Mid Kent Windows but I found another excellent supplier who gave impeccable service at competitive prices. I think if Mid Kent continue on the way they do then they won't be in business very much longer. Also be very aware that if you sell your property on to a new owner the guarantees are NOT transferable to them and become obsolete, a complete con!

We had all windows and a front door replaced. The salesman was informative and listened to what we wanted. Happy with the received quotation and paid our deposit. Lead times were given. When checking with the office about installation so we can prepare to be at home, we were told the date had been extended 2 weeks, it would have been nice to be informed in advance as its not an everyday occurrence that you have all your windows removed and you have to plan for this.
When the fitters arrived they informed us of how they were going to proceed, they prepared with dust sheets and kept the mess to a minimum. The two fitters cleaned up everyday and removed all their mess, The fitters Alan & James were very experienced & professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending their work.
Having had difficulties contacting the office for updates, they turned into overdrive requesting full payment.
In conclusion MKW supply and fit quality windows, its a shame their back office in our experience were not as professional as their staff who interact face to face (or mask) with the customer. With the disruption thats comes with the job you want to be informed about what and when to expect it.

I would recommend Mid Kent Windows. I had a garage window and side door replaced. The service from the sales and support team was first class and the fitter Tim did an excellent job. Good see that quality companies are still out there.
