Amazing Customer Service
I cannot reccomend this company enough, the customer service I received was amazing. My mother who is elderly had a alarm system which had been fitted by another company approximately 6 years ago and was starting to fault. I called this company for a disconnection as my mother no longer uses the alarm and does not know how to use or know any codes, this company would come out for a disconnection for £185. I thought I would contact more local business to see if I could get this cheaper. I called Midland Alarm Services and was greeted firstly by a happy helpful lady and when I explained my problem she passed me over to Steve. Wow Steve's product knowledge was amazing and he was so helpful and he was able to talk me through on the phone how to disarm the alarm and beeps which my 87 year old mother was over the moon about and also saved her over £120 in costs. I often feel that business's customer service lets them down but with Midland Alarm Services I can honestly say their customer service exceeds all expectations and would definately recommend this company - thank you Steve :)

Friendly service, quality product
Couldn’t be happier with our new alarm, really easy to set and unset using the app on my phone. The service was great too, Kev was so friendly, punctual and happy to stay and answer questions we had.

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company. So helpful and efficient and really put my mind at ease.
My engineer sharpie was very helpful, polite and patient with me. He explained everything clearly. He left no mess whatsoever and took his trainers off every time he came inside the house even though I told him he didn’t have to.
I’m so happy with my alarm it works perfect and keeps me safe.

Rip off
Rip off. Paid £144 for a service that was nothing more than a visual check. No parts were replaced, clean or serviced. Not even the back-up battery replaced (£13 Amazon item) included in the "service". And the one fault that I raised with them which I knew would be an additional cost is still not repaired.
To recap...I paid £144 for the engineer to set my alarm off (I could have done that), to walk around looking at the sensors (I too could have done that), to tell me that the light in the outside box wasn't working (well I already knew that) and to tell me my back-up battery was dead and would be an additional £44+Vat to replace.
Imagine if your car was serviced in the way.
Disgusting.

Hi Neil, I'm sorry to read you feel like you have been ripped off. All options to complete the work at your property were offered to you on your original enquiry. It was explained that a service is not a repair and we cannot guarantee parts that are already broken when we arrive. Furthermore, you were then offered a reduced price and partial refund for the work completed or a reduced price to upgrade your alarm system. Our customers are very important to us, as you can see from our other google reviews, and it is unfortunate we could not resolve this in a way you were happy with. All the best, Leila
Refurbishment
My alarm was fitted in my house by midland alarms when it was built 15 yrs ago, they have just done a refurbishment, brilliant company, Sharpie did a fantastic job.

I do feel the need defend the subscription plans we offer - they are great value for money, which is why we have over 1000 very happy customers currently subscribed. Obviously, subscriptions aren't for everyone or peoples circumstances change which is why we don't have any contract with our subscriptions, anyone can cancel at any time and still have a fully functioning alarm system.
