Excellent, professional and timely service.
From my first contact with Jermaine to the completion of the work. The response in answering my initial contact was quick, I always say in business, the key to managing people’s expectations is through affective and honest communication with clients. He was realistic in when he would be able to come and assess the job in hand and kept me informed of timescales.
Once at the property, he fully assessed what needed to be done and gave a very competitive quote when compared with other organisations. The two rooms were completed to perfection above and beyond anything I had expected. I was impressed by the attention to detail every step of the process.
What I loved was how polite he was to my elderly parents whose property it was being cleaned. Great care and attention was given to each item of furniture being moved before, during and after the clean.
I was over joyed by the results, being my parent’s property I never thought it would end up as clean as it did, the result was remarkable. I would recommend this organisation to anyone living in the Midlands and surrounding area. I will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.

Excellent job - Very clean carpets!
Midland Carpet Cleaners came at short notice to clean all of my carpets, a rug and my three piece suite. They did an excellent job! I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Hi. I used midlands carpet cleaners, I I'm pleased very professional from start to finish. The job was 3 bed rooms. I have new tenants moving in so the dog hairs and the traffic stains need a good clean. Came out really good. Jermaine explained the process which was amazing watching. Thank u mark. Contacted us on Sunday night and ask us to do 2 beds with heavy stains and pet hair. His other carpet clean couldnt do it to Tuesday. We Quote £100. After talking he got it for £80. We did the job on Monday. And now Mark is a loyal customer after using another carpet company before. No other is like us. Hardworking and we love it

super friendly, responsive and value for money. This is the first time we’ve used midlands carpet cleaners and would use them again finished early, polite all the time and the carpets look great. Even got out stains that had been there for a while. Really happy with the result .

Fantastic service yet again!
This is my second time using Midlands carpet cleaners. They did an amazing job last year on my lounge carpet (light beige carpet). But, I’ve had two puppies since then so my carpet needed a good clean. They’ve not disappointed, my carpet looks like new again. Added bonus is that they are so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!
