The guy came to clean my new carpet (two weeks old) after a fresh water leak.
He did the work and left. The lovely grey carpet is now yellow from the chemicals he used.
He agreed to come and sort it but cancelled each time with excuse after excuse.
He has now blocked my number.
My carpet is ruined and this guy hasn’t the courtesy to come back and sort it out.
Pity you can’t add pictures on here so you can see how bad the work is.
Avoid at all costs
Jermaine- please can do the decent thing and remove the yellow staining as you promised.
21 August 2023- still no resolution despite contacting the company. All this nonsense about contacting them to resolve is just rubbish.

We was call out to dry the carpets and to control the smell which we did, we showed you the carpets when it was dry. We then wash the carpets and deodorize it for u. We finished the job leaving the carpet slightly wet and you was not happy we left a dryer for you onsight free of charge. We have not blocked your number my personal number is not this has been updated on my website. So u welcome to contact us. The service was outstanding
The service was outstanding. My carpet was white with stains due to my french bulldog. I thought my carpet was completely ruined. The gentleman made it look brand new again. He got down on his knees to get in some of the spaces the machine couldn’t get. He was a professional and very knowledgeable about the job. My husband and I are happy. I would definitely recommend this service. Thank you.

Impressive cleaning of decades old grime.
We have had the pleasure of having our old beloved building get a deep clean by the MCC team. Areas that no one could remember the original colour of anymore, both look and smell lovely now. Things they tackled included but not limited to; Carpets, linoleum & concrete flooring, paint & water splashes, rust stains, dust, water leak marks, windows, doors, office equipment, tables, chairs. All MCC staff were friendly and approachable, and they worked to fit our very specific time limitations and circumstances. We were kept up to date every step of the way regarding what had been done and what would be tackled next. We were also kept informed when they were due in or if they needed to re-arrange. We will happily recommend them to others and will be using their services again.

Professional and quick service
My sofa was dirty after couple of spillages. The Midland Carpet cleaners are responding quickly on messenger. They have asked for the pictures of the sofa, then sent the quotation. They are flexible with day/time. The cleaning was super fast. They owe different equipment, depends on the service.
