They say it takes 5-7days to deliver your order but it isn’t true. I am being wanting for 20days and noting still . When I contacted them to cancel the order because after so long I don’t need it anymore they say is not possible. Very unhappy with this service

I received my order today after 10 days.
Though the customer service needs a lot of improvement as I received no tracking number and couldn't contact the company.
I don't see why I should get worried whether I was gonna receive it or not.

Is this a real company? I order some pills I need but received no order confirmation email and I have no way of contacting them as the customer service tab doesn't load... Has anyone been successful when contacting them and can give me a hand? I won't buy anything on this website ever again but I still need those pills!

Dreadful. Why didn’t my wife check the online reviews before ordering from this company?! They sent her the wrong product and then make it impossible to contact them or arrange a return. I will now have to get the money back from my credit card company. Amazing how businesses can get away with this kind of thing!

I had several positive experiences with this company but in my latest order I purchased individually packaged FFP3 facemasks. When opening one recently I immediately noticed that it was missing the nose "seal" and was not built to the appropriate standard. I did not expect a problem as it was clearly faulty and asked for a replacement or a refund. I was initially asked for proof, which I provided, but was later told that it was over 30 days from my purchase so they would not do anything about it. When I pointed out that replacing/refunding faulty products does not have a 30 day limit I was told I could get a refund "as an exception" because I should have complained (about all of my individually packaged facemasks) within 72h.
I cannot advise anyone to buy health related products from a company with no integrity standards, so take that into account when you buy.

Bought 8 items of Just for Men T-55 Black. Used this seller as for 8 it worked out cheaper than anyone else. After the return window had expired I noticed that they had sent one of the boxes a different colour!!! They refuse to correct their mistake, now meaning these items have actually cost me MORE than any other seller!
In addition the product is a bit defective, with strange white fatty deposits coming out of the tube. I reckon this is old stock they've got their hands on.
Avoid. Not trustworthy.

Shambles of a company. I ordered on the uk site. They posted my parcel to ireland where the courier sent back to them #brexit.
I emailed the uk customer care I get a generic reply in spanish!! That was a week ago still no interaction witha human. Ive ordered a few times off this site always dead good. Will never order from this crap site again. Save your time and money. Luckily I work in a bank so know how to raise a dispute

I don’t know the problem with your customer service but I can say it’s the worst one a’ve come cross,yo don’t reply emails you your phone number don’t even go through why,I just placed an order on the 20th of March and am yet to receive it no tracking link and no response to my emails this is my order number 300292380 and my name is Nina

It's impossible to contact them, phone doesn't work, webpage doesn't load and they don't reply to emails. After much delay I finally received my product. The box had been tore open, the package was dirty and the content was halfway empty. Clearly they sent me a used product. What a joke. Hoping to get the amount charged back by my bank.

I ordered on the 28th Feb’ and have not received my goods. I’ve emailed them but received nothing in reply. I will not shop here again.

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering seeing the mixed reviews on here (i didn’t realise the spanish version of the site has really solid reviews) but the price for some CeraVe stuff was coming out as literally half what it would cost in UK pharmacies so I took the plunge. Fortunately my experience was absolutely great - 9 days after placing the order it had arrived, exactly as expected and well (but not overly) packaged. I don’t leave tonnes of reviews for sites but wanted to just to let others know they’re trustworthy. Would definitely order again!

I ordered my suncream on Sunday and received it the following Saturday (less than a week) so can’t understand why people are leaving so many bad reviews! This is the second time I’ve ordered from them without any trouble. My sister read the reviews on here and decided not to order but now the product is out of stock due to its great value for money!

Second time buying from them, exactly the same product.
First delivery was OK it was last year 2021.
Now the second order I've made on 4th of Jan ten days later no response, no delivery whatsoever. Over 30 emails sent to get any update, no luck. Will clame back from PayPall unfortunately.
Never get fooled to buy from them if you'd like to make yourself a favour.

I placed an order 19th of December and did not hear anything about my delivery even when I sent a follow up email. I raised a case with PayPal as I believed they took my money and would not send the products. Luckily, it arrived 3 weeks later, January 6th. All they wrote back was a copy and paste of the proof of delivery message. No personal message from anyone, nothing. Not worth it in my opinion, they also charge quite a high delivery fee, so next time I will be doing my shopping elsewhere.

This company is absolutely terrible. They make a mistake with your order, yet you are expected to return the items at your expense and the so called customer service is appalling.

Surely a returns postage label should be provided when they have made the error.

I will never use them again after such a bad experience and will warn my family and friends too.

Much better online companies available.
