Great company and able to get my French pharma brands!
I purchased from mifarma despite reading some bad reviews on here and needed to write my positive review. I received my package within 5 working days. Any issues that arise with shipping are due to Brexit, not mifarma, which is our unfortunate new reality of ordering from an EU based company. Even with that, I had an excellent and easy shopping and receiving experience with mifarma.

Bad experience. After placing the order and making the payment, which was clearly on the account, I have not received my package. The worst thing is the customer service, completely useless, because they do not respond consistently to what is requested.

Shipped from outside the UK
Be warned - even though this is a UK website, they ship their products from elsewhere, and they don't inform you of this which is a bit deceptive. They also don't provide timelines on delivery, so you will be waiting a long time. I bought something well over a week ago and it isn't even in the country yet. Even if this is the cheapest price, if you need it soon, buy from elsewhere.

Ordered from MiFarma on 14th April. Fantastic chemists. I was sent updates at every stage. Interesting seeing the progress of the parcel from Spain to Paris and on to the Netherlands before being shipped to the mail centre in Greenford in London. I was amazed that the parcel arrived a week later. Brilliant service from start to finish.

Not only did they force me to buy 2 of the same product due to website lag, when I requested a refund immediately after purchase they have first rejected it saying they have already sent it. Now Im still waiting for my original order over a week later and still fighting for a refund for the other one. Staff very uncooperative

Good service, prices and products
I placed my order on the 15 and the pills arrived on the 24th. I was sent updates as the parcel made its way to me. Very happy with the service, I will definitely use again. Great alternative for iHerb which now restricts certain pills due to Brexit ( goods come from the US).
