I have 5 groups using Mightnetworks and one I cannot get on my computer. It has been a HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE to get help. NO HELP - takes days to get an email only response. I just want access to what I am PAYING FOR. Months later - still no access and it is costing me money and delaying my business ability. I would have used this for my business but after this experience NO WAY.

I love your help desk staff.
The platform function is fine.
What we don't like:
1- The subscription payment for our courses has to be a fixed amount. We run our course using "pay what you want" model. So we end up needing to manage payment other ways which is extremely inconvenient.
2- We don't like that fact that our hosts can not suppress certain posts from circulating to people's feeds.

Super easy to use out of the gate, but a bit more difficult to use well. It took us over a year to figure out how to optimize it for our particular situation. But there is plenty of customer service and they are very responsive.

I have hosted my community/courses in MN for a few years now and I had a greater vision of how to use the platform. A "stand alone/satellite" course had been promised for well over a year now and I stalled my enrollment for the past 12 months waiting for this change. The stand alone would allow MN users to create lead magnets that would seamlessly lead to community enrollment. I see amazing rollouts of new bells and whistles, which are nice, but I would LOVE to have a satellite to efficiently familiarize leads to the platform while growing my enrollment into my community, rather than building it elsewhere (or muddying up my leads/paying clients (as I've been doing it). Now it's off the list for now, I'm not sure if I should change the way I'm using the platform, move away from the platform in it's entirety, or just continue to pause and wait. The news was quite frustrating. I understand the reasoning for the delay, but with so many other roll outs within the last 12-14 months I feel defeated.
This review request came to me in the name of Lucas, not my name, but wanted to share and I am basing this review on the news that the satellite space no longer has a roll out date. Any recommendations would be very helpful.

I appreciate the courteous and immediate responses I have gotten from Roman, Customer Service. The platform is good it is hopefully soon to be great with added features such as more photo options for the Bios and the ability to manage emails would be fantastic.

My clients are all impressed by the professionalism this platform offers. There's always a way to do what I want; create a video feed, change how I accept payments, and the integration with Zoom has been instrumental.
However, Mighty Networks is quite confusing in the beginning. I almost gave up because I couldn't understand the structure of the different spaces, or how to invite people. The support online wasn't great either. I had a business coach who has used MightyNetworks in the past, and he was the one who helped sort out the kinks for me. Without him, I would have given up on Mighty Networks in the beginning. I'm glad I stuck with it, but every now and then I hit a glitch that I still need my coach to iron out. It would be nice if I had more than email support from Mighty Networks when things come up.
