Thanks for your feedback.
Unfortunately, your switch with us was rejected by the supplier you chose because they cannot support the type of gas supply at your property. That's a bit of a pain - so we got in touch and got you switched to another great energy deal with a supplier who could support your gas. Sadly, you didn't like the supplier who came out cheapest based on your requirements and you decided to close your account.
I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with your experience on this occasion but I do hope you'll consider us again in the future. We pride ourselves on being different from traditional switching services and will always be there to help if there is an issue with one of your switches or any questions you'd like answered.
