1.5 months and still no sauna blanket..
I am so disappointed with this service and is definitely feeling like a scam at this point. Though it’s a lower price point than other infared sauna blankets I would not purchase from this company again. I bought my blanket on the 14 December, a month and a half ago and despite getting in contact with the company numerous times have had no response. They said delivery would be 3-5 days. I’m sure this is a scam
Returned a melted sauna bag In November…
Returned a melted sauna bag In November and agreed no problem that I would get a replacement, I was emailed a returns label. Since then they have acknowledged receipt and no replacement sauna bag has been sent. Contacted many times via email and instagram and no reply. Don’t order from this company, I would use an alternative company, the customer service is so bad you now can’t message through instagram and there is no phone number. They are just taking consumers money and making great adverts online.

I’m really enjoying my mihigh sauna
I’m really enjoying my mihigh sauna. It’s a shame to see so many negative reviews.
My delivery was before Christmas and slightly delayed but customer service were good and informative. I only had interaction with them via email and did have to wait around 24 hours for a response which I did not mind.
The blanket is a great piece of kit and I’m really happy I bought it.
You need to follow the instructions and obviously take care of it.
Hopefully I won’t have any problems with it and if I do I will update here.

Horrendous product and company
Horrendous product and even worse customer service. I purchased a sauna blanket last year and it broke within a few uses. The bag unfortunately melted with me in it and hasn’t worked properly since. I have contacted customer services three times over several months and haven’t even had a response. I wouldn’t normally write a bad review without giving the company a right of reply but, since they won’t respond to emails, I feel like I have no choice.

These guys promise a 30 day no quibble return policy. I ordered a sauna blanket, eye massager and a back belt. I sent 5 emails asking for a return to be processed on the eye massager as it was overpriced and not very good, I didn't receive a single response. I did, however, receive an email from them asking me to review the product so here it is: The eye massager is overpriced rubbish and they don't honour their return policy. Avoid.
Still haven't received my item
Still haven't received my item and can't get in touch to get a refund. All I get is an automated email that states UK stock has just arrived. This email has been coming for a week now and still no movement.
Angry that I ordered this in good time and now I'm without presents at Christmas.

30 day risk free trial is a con
Have tried to return my blanket under their splashy well-advertised "risk free 30 day trial", as it was not as good as advertised, and they responded once asking for feedback, promising when they received feedback they would help me return the product, and then never again. Emailed via their website and email address and messaged them on instagram to no reply.

This is a fabulous piece of well being kit. Especially as the weather has changed. It’s soothing on the muscles, gets the blood pumping & good sweat on. All while relaxing 😌.
Good value for money. Poorly designed storage
Quite good value for money. Love the sauna experience. My main complaint is the storage - the storage bag is way too small and I spend a good 10min trying to fit the blanket in which somewhat takes away from the relaxing experience and also not as efficient as I would’ve liked.
Good product, have a word with your delivery drivers
I was hesitant to use Mihigh after reading the Trustpilot reviews but in the end I couldn't resist as (with their 25% off) they're the cheapest quality sauna blanket on the UK market.
The blanket came one week after I ordered and I'm very pleased with it. It is quite bulky and hard to store away in the bag it comes with (think stuffing a sleeping bag into its bag on hard mode), but it does the job well. The jury is still out on whether it's truly worth £300...
My only gripe is that it was left outside my house in a literal 40mph wind & rain storm with no notification of being delivered (while I was in the house as well!) - despite it having writing all over the box advertising that it was an infrared sauna blanket and not to leave the parcel in the rain. Thankfully it was well packaged inside and all working fine, but it was a slight cause for panic when I dragged it inside, muddy and drenched. I do think that companies selling luxury products should take responsibility for using reliable postage systems and not scrimp on the cheapest possible courier service.
Buy via PayPal or credit card.
My advice is to buy on your credit card or PayPal, that way, when the company doesn’t respond to your emails or honour their advertised 30 day free return policy- you can contact PayPal or your credit card company. You need to provide them with your proof of attempted communication with them & any reply’s. You will then be refunded by PayPal or your credit card company. Safest way to buy from these online companies these days, where there are multiple negative reviews on their customer service.
99 days and still no tracking email...awful customer service
I placed an order on the 3rd of July and the confirmation email confirmed:
"All orders will dispatch within 3-8 business days and you will receive a tracking link once it's shipped".
On the 18th of July, I emailed customer service to request an update on the order status. They responded to confirm that the item was a pre-order and wrote "I apologize if you did not realise. This order will be shipping in 8-9 weeks in mid September"
On the 24th of September, as no tracking number email had been received, I emailed customer service to advise that I hadn't received the tracking number and to request a timescale. I was advised on the 25th that I should receive the tracking in 1-2 days.
On the 6th of October, as no tracking number email had been received, I chased again. I was advised that the tracking number should have been sent and was told that they'd they'd check with their fulfilment team and would "get that tracking to you".
On the 9th of October I chased again and requested an urgent update. They've yet to supply one.
Wholly unacceptable behaviour on the part of the company. I ordered this product to help an elderly relative with a chronic health condition - now I wish I'd gone with a different company.
Customer service outstanding
Customer service outstanding. The sauna blanket itself is out of this world fantastic, really enjoy using it a few times a week to destress and relax the muscles after workouts.

Still waiting for my order after 1.5 weeks...same week delivery is falsely advertised....still waiting for a response to two emails to MiHigh 'support team'....only communication received is an automatic response to state they will endeavour to respond within in 48-72hrs....no contact number provided and still waiting for an email response surpassed the advised waiting period. Don't waste your time or money.
EDIT 14/08/23 - Received a different product labelled 'mihigh by Gravity' which is zipped closed instead of velcro and I can't find any information to list the difference between the one I received and the one I ordered...more problems than its worth.
