I had a great experience with Miinto. The product was exactly as described, and the delivery was fast. I highly recommend them!

I ordered a product, which was advertised with 35% discount on the site. A day later I received an email that they were still looking for a boutique to complete my order but the money was transferred from my account the next day. Two days later I contacted customer service which assured me they were still looking and they would notify me the moment the product was sent. I contacted them again the following day and insisted to talk to a human agent, not just a bot. To my surprise, it turned out that my order had been cancelled two days earlier... When I asked about my money, the agent explained that I had to contact my bank to expedite the transfer and that it was not really withdrawn but "held". I contacted my bank and they answered that the money was really withdrawn and there was nothing they could do about it. I contacted Miinto again, went through the whole process again and to my greatest frustration they explained that they didn't have my money but it was held by a third party...? and they cannot control that. So I am still waiting for my money to be released and I haven't received a single email explaining what has happened and reassuring me that I will get my money back.
I don't think I will use Miinto again. I'd rather buy at the site of the company because they never charge money BEFORE selling you something.

i ordered a k-way jacket and i got send the wrong one, told me they can't deliver the right one instead.

My order was not delivered . I had a confirmation of the order , i payed it . After one week , no delivery . I did contact Minto by myself . They let met know the product could not be delivered. 😏
