Wrong product and they charge me shipping for their mistake!

Update: 11 June 2024

Miinto accepted my return of the wrong item but still charged me for the shipping cost of the order, so for Miinto the customer must pay for the shop's mistake! I won't be buying from Miinto again unless this issue is addressed.

They sent me the wrong product and still expect me to forfeit the shipping cost for my order. I was going to return my order because Miinto sent me the wrong product, but in the returns form they deducted the shipping cost I had paid for the order. So they sent me the wrong product and expect me to pay shipping forvtheir mistske. Unacceptable!

sending items back not that easy

Miinto has a wide selection at good prices, however sending an item back and get a refund can take ages. I am already waiting 2 weeks for any reaction. I don’t get any confirmation that they received the item back. After reaching out to customer service it will take another week for the refund to be issued …
And all I wanted was to send the item ba k to buy the size down. Really dissapointed.

Ordered several items here

Ordered several items here - never was my piece in stock ore found - even when it was advertised as available on the site. Waist of time.
Now, a month later ... the item ( men shorts by Dries V Noten) are still on sale in my size .... It was a month ago the last in my size and stil is now advertised as the last one.

A scam?

I filed a complaint with the form 3 weeks ago for a defective item and non-compliant item. The timeframe for the handling of the complaint is overdue and despite my reminders I have not got any response from Miinto via email. The phone numbers from france and belgium are not in use. Nobody is responding on the chat either. A scam?

Luxury with discounts…

Miinto is a very good site to order luxury goods.
Reason why no 5 stars is that shipments may take longer then expected.
Last order placed 14/12 received 21/12 without order confirmation and tracking number.
This can give some stress.
However the customer service was quite helpfull!

Another order, to give Miinto another chance, but AGAIN: product left in locker AND NO CODE FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP. How is this possible, a second time??? DO BETTER!!!
