Mike Hurdman is experienced in his trade and comes well equipped and sets high standards.
He clearly explained to us what was involved in advance, so we could get prepared. One of the advantages of the method he uses is that drying time is less than with most systems, so that the process itself is less obtrusive and inconvenient.
Certainly the results were considerably better than we expected. Our carpets are 10 years old, yet the colours are restored, almost as we remember them new, and the texture is deeper and softer too. My wife is still purring...

Mike came over to clean my living room carpet today. We had been toying with the idea of buying a new carpet as the condition wasn't great; lots of pets, mud and marks on it. Mike came round to my house when he said he would, gave me a quote for the work to be done. On the day the work was done he arrived on time and did a really thorough job, the carpets were like new. At all times he was polite and had an easy manner.
