Work performed: Alternator Pulley & Tensioner at a reasonable price. Guys seemed friendly enough.
However: Customer Advisories: Noise from clutch, Noise from dual mass flywheel & Noise from power steering (which was new 1 year ago!!) Took Transporter to another garage for a second opinion - they found nothing wrong after road tests & detailed check over!! Glad I went with my gut instinct.

Wanted 2 items but had to order separately, so had to pay delivery twice. Emailed to co 2 times with no answer. Ridiculously poor service

No reply to emails regarding refund for the order. Not possible to contact the company on email.

Absolutely sh"t specially when doing work for jj caravans.

I bought parts for my car and they delivered the incorrect parts and I did enter my car reg. number.
After contacting them and asking for the more info how to return this they just stopped emailing be back and I was waiting for 6 days to receive any reply, I asked in on of the emails for complaint form and they have BLOCKED my IP to access mikesgarage website!!

Terrible customer service, apparently there is no managers, supervisor or anyone dealing with complaints!

I brough Gummi Pfledg. Very fast delivery very easy to use. I put it all round my windows,doors, & boot seals. They came out very shiny. It's a small bottle, I had half a bottle still left a very good product. It also helped to fit my wind deflectors. The video they show is very helpful and easy to follow instructions. Thanks Mike's garage.

I have lived in Gwynedd for 20 years and have used all sorts of garages for my Mercedes S Class, X5. All of them were rip off, with no skills, expertise. As luck would have it, my Mercedes S 500 was referred to Mike's by RAC.

Best skills for demanding electrical, gear box, suspension work.. Not the Mercedes Benz of North Wales, but Mikes. Entire team led by Mike, have pride in what they are doing and have returned by S 500 like new.

I don't know if I can say this - their charges are the most reasonable for their extraordinary skill with commitment, honesty.

My X5 also got sorted out. Thank you guys, your skipper is great.. Wish I had known you guys when I was young!!!

Find that there is a good range of products and a great selection of prices an would highly recommend them for what ever you need for your car
