I ve spend almost a whole season to wait for the order. The first reply said items were dispatched soon in September. Now, i just emaile them back n ask can cancle the order, cuz we already in summer time in Australia, i don't need sweatshirts anymore. Their staff only replyed my email onece, she expleined the delay situation again and did nothing for the cancellation, as well as for the refund. I have no idea what these people doing it behind screen. Really disappointed

Ordered quite afew jumpers (£500+) from this website (Mikethebear) around 3 months ago and still nothing has despatched. Cannot even login to their website anymore to check order status!!

Does anyone have contact details, email or phone number for them please???

SCAM !!! totally disgusted bought t shirt for sons 16th birthday - no tshirt no refund no communication !!!!! - went through paypal too and raised a complaint. Will never go on this site ever again.

Honestly, when I used to listen to Taio Cruz "Break Your Heart" I was reminded of my youth. Now I can't get Mike the Bear out of my head. Because my heart is broken into a million pieces, people will call me a player, but I just love lots of people with each little piece of my heart. I've been banned from reception at my office because I bother the receptionist to see whether my t-shirt has arrived.

In truth, I thought this T-Shirt would be the one I would wear when I met the love of my life.

It's time I let go, and my heart will go on, but right now I'm staring out the window.

100% SCAM! Ordered for about 150£ early in September, still hasnt got anything. Actually got trackingnumber for one week ago. One of Norwegians biggest delivery company did show my order in a city near by the city I live in. Got surprised, and checked the e-mail the next day and then the trackingnumber was gone. No one knows where my "package" is now.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not order from Thai website!! I paid £38 for one of the shirts IN SEPTEMBER and following numerous emails promising delivery. Then promising refunds they are now totally ignoring me and I don't have my money or my tshirt. Shocking that they are still open for business. I'm not asking for much, either the tshirt inordered 2 months ago or my money back!?

Total scam.

Bought a sweater on October 4th, hasn't arrived yet. They answer sporadically, and with generic answers on any claims per e-mail. Then they stop answering eventually.

I reported them to Shopify, who supported their webshop earlier, but Shopify has now stopped doing so. Do not, I repeat, do NOT purchase anything from MikeTheBear.com.

Please just dont buy from here. Save your money. Just lost £40 from this scam.

Awful company! Ordered my t-shirt in August, it's nearly December and still it's not here! It's criminal, they have taken my money and now the site has been removed so I'm sure I won't be seeing it again or my order any time soon. They should be ashamed!!!

Waited months on a sweater with nothing and still no refund, will never buy from or recommend this site again!

Been waiting for over 2 months now.. Already sent 3 emails and still no progress, is there any way to get my money back?

Ordered a T-shirt about a month before my birthday, no sign of the T-shirt anywhere then I get an email saying they are having a delay with stock, two months later still waiting.

Then I’ve been told it’s finally been shipped but now it’s been several weeks and I am doubtful of it even arriving... sceptical because they don’t offer a tracking number

Ordered tshirt in August, never received it, I mailed them a month ago and they said they have too many orders and they are working on it. I doubt that I will receive anything, think it's fake shop

They never contact you after the order until u do. Then they are very polite, that they are out of stocks and it will be sent soon. They offered me the cancel the order after weeks without shipping.
After I asked for cancellation, they got suddenly new Pullovers and will send it.
Never happened...FRAUD!

I purchased a top over TWO months ago and I waited 18 days before emailing to ask where my order was and why I hadn’t received shipping confirmation.. I had to email FIVE times before getting a response and being told about “stock issues” WHY IS THE TSHIRT STILL ONLINE NOW, IN STOCK IF THEY HAVENT HAD STOCK SINCE SEPTEMBER 1st?!!!!
I demanded my shipping cost back 4 times because they couldn’t tell me a date I would receive my item and each time they took a week to reply and I just kept getting the same automated email saying they don’t know when I’d be getting my order and ignoring my request for my shipping to be refunded.
The customer service is the worst I’ve ever received. PLEASE listen to the reviews on this page and never buy from this website they will take your money and never send you anything.

Having only read the reviews after making my order I was worried if anything would ever show up. To my surprise the T-Shirt has arrived yesterday and the quality of the T-Shirt is good. As far as I am concerned this company is not doing fraud, although it would probably be beneficial is there is some sort of contact point for customers that are waiting for their orders.

Should have looked a reviews before I placed an order. Will think twice before ordering something like this from an online company again.

Finally had a response for my refund 10/11/17 after requesting it for a week. Now I just have to wait the 3 - 10 working days for it to come back. Clever of them to refund it on a Friday as well.

Like many on this page I bought a t-shirt and received an order confirmation.

After about a month of nothing after that confirmation I emailed them asking about it and they replied with the ‘stock issues’ email. So I waited for a bit longer, still nothing.

I emailed them asking about a refund and they said they are happy to refund my account so I went ahead with it. Then I get an email saying ‘refunds are on hold’ and ‘would resume next week’. Still not heard back after I have chased this up since twice.

Very disappointed with this. If you go on the customer care part of their site it says ‘page not found’ hahaha the cheek.

Hopefully I can take this further and get my money back.

a cheating website! I have bought 470 pounds of cloths from its website. it has been already three months.They didn't shipped my order and also did not give my money back.They have no service number and never reply emails!!!

Hard faced scammer, has the cheek to tell me my order from August is cancelled what would I like to do!!! Requested refund, no response since. I mailed as a new customer asking what the delivery times were, they responded immediately! So I referred them to my original order from Aug, still waiting 🙄🙄 RIPOFF.COM @therealmikethebear
