I ordered the Lima Lux bracelet it is really well made and beautiful. When I received the order noticed a couple of spelling mistakes I had made and they offered to send me new charms free of charge. Besides the beautiful jewelry this store has very good costumer service they are nice and answer quickly. Highly recommend.

I was a bit nervous because I was not sure about the quality of the product or if it would arrive on time for Mother's Day. I was proven wrong; I bought a necklace with the date of birth of our son as a gift for my partner, and she loved it! The pendant is delicate and has beautiful terminations. Also, the delivery was speedy, with no problem at all, and the customer service was also very efficient. Definitely I recommend buying here!

I ordered an oval locket from Mila, the idea of the locket is brilliant however when it was delivered to me, I felt badly disappointed as £60 for such a cheap “jewellery” is too much! It looks cheap, it feels cheap and if you wear it, you have to remove each time you go to the shower, you hear a metallic noise when you walk around. This deffinitely doesnt look like a silver. Wasted my money on nothing and shame I can’t wear it

I ordered a chain from the Tangier collection. They sent it out and post office lost it in transit . I contacted support and they happily made me a replacement and sent that. Received it today. Was a speedy delivery and it's perfect I couldn't be happier its very well made . Thanks Mila Cantes :)

Beautiful bracelet! Even though there were problems with the delivery initially (due to the delivery company and NOT mila cantes) and the bracelet never showed up, mila cantes offered to make a new bracelet for free and ship it with a different shipping company and it even arrived before xmas! Really good service!
