Wished i had read the reviews before I ordered. This company is not ethical. They sent me the wrong size pans. Their solution was for me to keep them and order another pair at 50% off!!!! I don't call that customer service.

I ordered an $80 jacket and it came and it was made of felt or something cheap and had no lining and horrible craftsmanship. I tried to return it and they said "we'll get back to you" and never did. Don't go there.

The shirt I purchased for my husband is so thin, even through 2 layers it's still transparent. Very poor quality! It took 3 weeks to arrive, which was the day after the event for which I ordered it. The return process to China looks dodgy and isn't worth all the effort.

Horrible. Stay away. Delays with accompanying nonsensical excuses, followed by eventual delivery of inferior product (gossamer thin Chinese crap - the white shirt was nearly transparent, and might have caused a scandal if it came in the right size and I wore it in public). It was shipped in the wrong size. Want to return for a refund? Good luck. after months and many emails, finally got 50% refund. the alternative? This site is terrible and misleading. You get something too small and they want you to ship to China for most of the amount of the product. Their email is undeliverable and bounces back. 0 stars. beware!

I am very disappointed by the experience I had with this company. The quality and size do not match with the discriptions on web. Refund is almost impossible. Customers are responsible to send the goods back to their WH in China. It is a scam period....

Absolutely Stay Away!!! I ignorantly ordered $200 worth of apparel for my husband. The items were poor quality and extremely small. When I contacted them to return them I received 2 emails saying I could get a big discount if I reordered in a bigger size, because they said they have a lengthy return process!! I explained that even a bigger size would be too small. I never received another email or refund. STAY AWAY!!

It is a scam company...The merchandise is not what is shown in their on-line pics. Inferior quality. The cardigan sweaters had buttons but no holes to button it...it was just for show on the outside. In addition, if you want to return or exchange anything you have to ship it back to CHINA and they will not provide you with a U.S. address. Their phone number is also not in service. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Responsive. Good quality for a fair price. Shipping was a little slow, but Amazon has spoiled us all. I will shop again.

The men's clothing is extremely poor quality material. The sizes are incorrect. They refused to take the clothes back for a return.

What a scam! They advertise real fancy stuff but when you actually receive the item it's nowhere close to the picture you saw in their website! I ordered a pair of hiker shorts and when I received it it was a cheap imitation! They charged me $54 plus shipping. Thank god it was a small amount but I am never shopping there again. BTW I threw the shorts in the trash!!

I'd rate them zero stars if I could. Product is terrible quality, and you can only get a refund if you ship it at your own cost back to them in China. You'll lose money.

The fabric is very poor quality and cheaply made. They do not honor return policy. Keep your money.

This company is a complete scam, I spent$250 and ordered 5 items on June 9th after a few weeks it said my order shipped but the tracking info was not available. I tried getting ahold of someone but its impossible. Finally 2 weeks ago I had tracking info and a delivery date delivery date arrives no package checked cameras nothing, checked with neighbors nothing, so here it is Sep 23 and I'm out $250

0 rating if it was a choice. Do not order from this company.
I spent $250 for several pair of large men’s shorts, they sent me an extremely small size that was unmarked no tags and a poor quality fabric. Their customer service which is a non person driven response, wanting me to keep and offering a 25% coupon toward a reorder??? So I pay to order a replacement of their inadequacy with no explanation or guarantee it will be what I ordered again.?
I’ve also encountered poor quality on some shirts as well. It’s all china cheap. Not as advertised at all.
I spent over 6 weeks trying to get resolved with no avail.

Everything from ease of ordering to timely shipping to quality of merchandise at a reasonable price, merits a five-star rating.

I bought a denim shirt from milanolegacy on July 27th and didn’t receive the shirt until the second week of September. I tried to cancel the order and the company refused. I assumed it was an Italian company, but was drop shipped from China! When I opened the package it had a VERY strong smell of petroleum. I soaked and then washed the shirt in detergent and dried it with a scented dryer sheet. The toxic smell did not fade. This company is REALLY BAD and I wish I had read more about it before buying from them. BEWARE BUYER!
