I'd rate 0/5 if I could. The jacket I bought was undersized (despite using their website measurements), delivered late, and of inferior quality to the picture on the website. I emailed asking to return it and get a size up/just give it back period, and received a reply that they can only offer me 50% of my original payment back. Just as well as they proceeded to ghost all further replies from me. Although not before asking me to send pics of the garbage material with measurements to show it was undersized--actively wasting my limited free time. So, poor quality, misleading images, and whatever is the opposite of customer service. First and last time I buy something off IG. A $60 lesson. Spend it in health, milanoutwear.

Should have known better than to trust an online Facebook boutique store. After multiple attempts to return a jacket and even compromised 50% refund they have not responded back despite several emails. No number to contact him. Do not trust these guys.

Total rip off. I ordered a jacket which came back damaged and they refused to reply to my email requesting a exchange or refund. DO NOT BUY from this company.

The sizing was off and the zipper quality was bad. Also the jackets were a puffier/softer than the pictures led me to believe so they didnt look good. I asked about returns and they sent an email saying they can do 50 percent back as an option since they don't have a return policy. However, no one replied to the emails after that. Not happy with my purchase or customer service experience.
