Requested return and refund because the size of the item isn’t remotely close to the dimensions provided in the sizing chart. Was told they cannot do returns, but could refund half and then I keep the item. Not sure why I’d want to keep an item that doesn’t fit nor do I think it’s fair to only refund half of the purchase price when their sizing is very inaccurate. I explained this in my reply and again their customer service has gone dark. Their products look good, but the sizing cannot be trusted, they don’t accept returns (how is that possible?), and getting a response from customer service is near impossible. I’ve sent multiple follow up emails without a reply. The only reply I’ve ever received was coincidentally shortly after I posted my initial review. I’ve even accepted their offer of a 50% refund, because it’s so difficult to communicate with them, but still no response.

Milanoutwear is not only a trendy name, their products are of a high quality. Items such as the Absail jacket or Blizzard hoodie are very reasonably priced, and would be more than double at similar but less fair priced retailers. I definitely would recommend to get your money worth!!! Especially if you are travelling to colder continents!

I live in colorado and the winter wear is excellent during our blizzards. Especially for my kids and outside waiting on the bus. Everyone I know likes them.

The products all seem really high-quality and comfortable. Most of the hoodies all seem very fashionable and high-class, as well as the trench coats are really nice. Only downside is the price of it, the whole collection could be a bit more affordable to most people, as the current price is not as affordable. Overall, amazing products and very trendy.

The jackets and outerware are of very high quality and the designs are very modern and trendy. To top it off the price was very reasonable taking into account the quality of the jackets. I would highly recommend their Jackets and Outerware!!

I consider that they have products of excellent quality and quite accessible to everyone. I think their best quality is that they are all fashionable.

Same issue as everyone else, wrong sizes, no response from multiple emails. You have to call you credit card company and issue a complaint for a credit to your account.

Packaging said correct size but the tag inside the Jacket was not correct. Reached out to customer service about they were going to fix the issue. They requested pictures. I sent pictures and have not heard from them since. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. The reviews saying they have great customer service are a joke! Lesson learned.

Does not allow for returns/exchanges except for vendor error. This information is not posted on their website. Had been aware I likely would not have ordered given how hard it is to determine fit even with measurements without trying on a clothing item.

All the positive reviews are clearly fake. Overall do not recommend this company at all.

i rarely purchase things online especially clothes but after seeing online a jacket from Milan outwear i was really determined to buy it. I ordered it and it arrived really quickly, the quality was top notch and the product was just as advertised. Since then i have been ordering other products frequently and i have nothing but positive words for this company. Highly recommend it

The product complies with the declared description, the quality of the product is good. I was wrong with the size, I ordered a larger size, it turned out a little big. I will still order, size in size. The pile is thick, the dense quality of the seam is good. You can buy.

I like this tee shirt! It looks really nice and is made really well. It is not cheaply made like many other brands that I have bought in the past.
