My experience with Mile Auto Transport was extremely disappointing and concerning.

Our vehicle transport was confirmed in advance, and we had made all necessary arrangements based on the agreed-upon pickup date. We were working directly with a representative named Alex, who had been coordinating the details with us. However, the night before the scheduled pickup, Alex completely stopped responding. Both my mother and I made multiple attempts to reach him—through texts, phone calls, and voicemails—but received no response. To this day, we have still never heard back.

This lack of communication placed us in a very difficult position, as we were left with virtually no time to secure alternative transportation services. The situation was particularly distressing given that I am currently 8 months pregnant. Being without a vehicle at this stage is not only inconvenient but also a serious concern for my health and safety. The added stress of having to urgently problem-solve under these circumstances was overwhelming.

While unexpected issues can arise in any business, clear and timely communication is essential—especially when customers are relying on a service for something as important as vehicle transport. Unfortunately, that basic level of professionalism and accountability was not demonstrated here.

I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider reliability and communication when selecting a transport company. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Mile Auto Transport to anyone wishing for a kind and reliable service. Take your business elsewhere.

Your response is extremely concerning, as it contains statements that are simply not true.
At no point did you, Alex, or anyone from Mile Auto Transport make any effort to contact my mother or me after we repeatedly attempted to reach you. We have clear records of multiple calls, text messages, and voicemails sent the night before the scheduled pickup--none of which were returned. To now suggest otherwise is not only inaccurate, but also deeply misleading to others reading these reviews.
We were left with less than 8 hours' notice before our confirmed pickup, with no communication whatsoever, during a time-sensitive move. As I have already stated, 1 am 8 months pregnant, and being left without a vehicle under these circumstances was not just inconvenient-it was alarming and incredibly stressful. Your complete lack of response forced us into an urgent and difficult situation with no time to make reasonable alternative arrangements.
While delays or unforeseen issues can happen in any business, there is a basic expectation of accountability and communication. Informing a customer that you are unable to fulfill a confirmed service--especially at the last minute--is not optional, it is the minimum standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.

If you were unable or unwilling to complete this job, that should have been communicated clearly at the time of booking or at any point leading up to the scheduled pickup. We would have immediately sought out another provider. Instead, we were left scrambling due to your complete lack of communication, followed now by a response that misrepresents the situation.
This pattern of behavior is extremely concerning, and based on both our experience and similar reviews from others, it raises serious questions about the reliability and integrity of your business. I strongly urge others to think carefully before trusting your company with something as important as their vehicle.

Wonderful, seamless experience from start to finish! From Florida to Mississippi, my car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner! Clear communication throughout and unloaded with such care! Thank youuuuuu very much!

Great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent—super responsive, helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. My car was picked up and delivered on time, arriving in perfect condition. Reliable and professional—I’d definitely use them again.

Absolutely excellent service. I actually chose them because they are BBB accredited and they didnt let me down. The truck they used was perfect for our car(enclosed). Guys knew how to handle with care. They know what they are doing. Affordable prices too! I highly recommend them!

The transaction went very smoothly without any hangups or problems. The salesperson was very friendly, helpful and candid with all of my questions about the sale. He also gave me the name and location of a GREAT Mexican restaurant that I truly enjoyed, Pappasito's Cantina, there in Arlington, TX - -The BEST Mexican food that I've eaten in a long, long, time -- And I should know, because I'm 83 and of Mexican decent. While driving a car tour my vintage car broke down 300-miles from home. Back in my hotel room I spent the evening trying to arrange a tow back to my local mechanic. Most didn't want to travel the distance until I found Mile Auto Transport. Their internet quote received the next morning was reasonable, so I nervously decided to move ahead. Alex was reassuring & very attentive to getting my car home quickly. It arrived last night in good shape & their driver was very courteous, as well. I highly recommend this team.

Jan was very professional and respectful and worked hard with me to transport my daughter’s car from Sarasota FL to Livonia MI. I would work with him again!

My first experience with shipping a vehicle, so I knew nothing and was anxious. Vanessa at Mile Auto Transport answered my questions and addressed all my concerns. She was even readily available by phone as well as text. The entire process was so easy. The pick up and delivery was done exactly when they said it would be done. Their communication and customer service was excellent and they had the best price of the 3-transport companies I contacted.

Jack was excellent with his coordination. Car arrived in good condition. Highly recommend the service!

I've used this company 3 times. I tried another one but nothing beats this ones customer service and honesty.

I've never used a vehicle transport before so the process was scary with all of the unknowns. Mile Auto Transport did the perfect job in my opinion. The vehicle is a Corvette that I've dreamed about owning for quite a while, so I was worried. The estimating process was quick and easy. The communication was spot on. When the delivery day arrived, I was given an ETA of 11AM. That was around 8AM. At 10:59 plus a few seconds the truck pulled up in front of my home. The driver was careful, courteous and friendly.

In a nutshell I would recommend them to anyone looking for a service like this. I know that if I ever have the need again, I won't even look anywhere else.

Once I went on their website, I got a phone call within 10 to 20 minutes later spoke with a gentleman named Jack. He was excellent great communication kept me in the loop constantly, he found us a driver pretty quickly and our vehicle got delivered as promised driver was very nice & professional. And even got the vehicle to us early in the morning, we weren't expecting it till late in the evening. I highly recommend this company. They were excellent and no price changes in what we agreed upon.

We have dealt with another carrier in the past …..the problem with shipping a car is the Five day window on either side evidently. This time the vehicle did not get delivered until after 12;00 AM. Next time I will definitely tell the driver to deliver at a reasonable time.
Also I helped out the driver by arranging very EZ pick and delivery areas and he was still very LATE on both ends, RUDE.
Oh I guess it was April fools and I was the fool‼️
I do have to say the personal attention I got from Jack at Mile Transport was very helpful.

I'm so glad I found this company! I didn't run across it initially when I was looking to have my car delivered to me. I booked with one company, then another--neither could deliver my car at anywhere near the quoted price. And one was unethical about disclosure. After cancelling with both companies, I found Mile Auto Transport, requested a quote online, and received a call from Vanessa, who was so helpful. These people were amazing. They were proactive about finding a carrier and found one literally within three hours of my confirming the booking. And the price quoted was the price charged. After wasting time for almost two weeks with other companies, I had a confirmed pick-up date for Monday after booking on Friday--and same-day delivery. My car was shipped in a closed trailer, when I'd expected open transport.

If I ever have to ship a car again, Mile will be the first, and only, company I call. They do what they say they can do.

Jan is our POC working to schedule the pick up and delivery. He did an excellent job! Seriously, this was the 1st time using an auto transport to take the daughters vehicle from the homebase to University. Based on his performance we will definitely use Mile Transport for all upcoming transports. There were several challenges and Jan was successful to get the drivers scheduled. The car was delivered on time, Excellent!
