A month ago
A month ago, I scheduled a transport with this company, giving them a range of 3/17 to 3/19 for pick up. I started calling them on 3/17 for an estimated time to meet the driver & got no info until today, 3/19, when they informed me they have no drivers and cannot transport my car from Texas to California. I WOULD NOT USE THESE FOLKS IN THE FUTURE!

To clarify, the dates provided at the time of booking (3/17–3/19) represent a pickup window, not a guaranteed pickup date. As a licensed broker, our role is to connect shipments with available carriers, and availability can fluctuate due to market conditions.
Over the past few weeks, the industry has experienced significant disruption due to rising fuel costs, which has impacted driver availability across several major routes. Unfortunately, during your pickup window, there were no active carriers operating on your specific route from Texas to California. We made multiple attempts to secure a driver, including offering higher-than-normal rates, but there were simply no drivers available at that time.
We want to emphasize that this situation was outside of our control. That said, we did provide alternative options and remained cooperative throughout the process. We also maintained communication and aimed to be transparent regarding the challenges we were facing in securing a carrier.
We understand this outcome is disappointing and not what you expected. We truly regret that we were unable to complete your transport as planned and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service.

Mile Auto Transport is a great company to transport your vehicles. They are very reliable and professional.I transported my vehicles from Az to Long Island NY. They picked up our vehicles a day early. They delivered them on time. Jan was very nice and respectful. Ali the driver was very professional. Fair price and prompt delivery
Vanessa from Mile followed thru my phone call and booked the delivery according to my dates from California to Houston with an enclosed trailer for my Corvette. The price she gave was a fair price compared to other companies and the car delivered one week after pick up due to bad weather hit Texas at that time. The car arrived in one piece which is the most important to me. Overall I am satisfied with Mile and would do business with them again.

Reasonable for Safe delivery
Reasonable price (not the cheapest) and the vehicle was delivered safely and quickly in 7 days from IN to CA. Satisfied customer.
It would be nice to have a real time-ish tracker to see the progress of the car from origin to destination.
