Excellent service

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation due to illness, but I was fortunate enough to speak with agent, Maria Pedraza. She was very pleasant and accommodating. She even offered to help me rebook in the future. Between the great rate and genuine help, I intend on taking her up on her offer. Thanks again,

Customer no service. I immediately cancel a rental reservation after being told I had to purchase insurance from rental agency. I asked for a full refund and the representative wanted to hold my funds to used at a later date. I declined and repeated my request for a full refund and now you want too charged me fee for doing so. Doesn't behave like reputable business.
I'm updating this review do to the response I received from Miles management to resolve this issue, they have reached out to me personally and promised to have this resolved very shortly, for that I'm updating their ratings to four 🌟 thank you for reaching out.

Very helpful person, just had a little hard time understanding her and had to ask to have some things repeated.

Worst car rental experience ever. Long lines and did not have my car when i booked reservations

I had a reservation for a car at Atlanta-Hartsfield airport and when I took a taxi to get there I was told there is no car available. None at Dollar (whose reservation I had), none at thrifty, none at Enterprise and even Hertz and Avis were only giving cars to those who reserved from their websites. I spoke with a customer service agent about the failure of the reservation and she could hear me clearly but pretended to be unable to hear me only when I said there were no cars. I could clearly hear her and other service agents in the background. The pretense of being unable to hear was particularly galling when I was told I could request a refund and rebook for another car another day but when I mentioned I wanted a refund since I got no car for my reservation and payment of US$957 to Miles Car Rental she hung up the phone. This experience is beyond bad.

First and foremost, their prices are great! Additionally, the booking experience is quick, smooth and changes to your reservation are easy. Would definitely use them again!

Rental policy was very misleading upon making reservations. It's isn't stated anywhere other than with the associate at the counter that a credit check is required upon approval. My reservations was made and paid for online which stated that at the time of pick-up the requirements needed is major credit card, valid driver's license or the option of using a major debit card with sufficient funds to cover the deposit. Which I have!. You guys took my money for the reservation. Denied me service due to a credit check which was not mentioned at the time of booking. And no there's is no customer service available to assist me with a refund. I've been on the phone for an hour + and have yet to speak with anyone. This is unethical and unacceptable. Most certainly the first and last time I use this service........
Update since my last review: miles car rental did an excellent job responding to my review. I was refunded the total dollar value of what I paid for the reservation. I do not believe this mishap was any fault of their own as a third party entity,however the rental agency themselves need to do a better job with transparent about their policy. In my own discovery Hertz, thrifty and dollar are the ones requiring a soft
credit inquiries in order to rent( which shows on your credit report by the way) Avis and budget are only requiring the original documents which I would suggest because who honestly want inquiries on their credit report every time they rent a car. They don't accept debt cards. But the staff members are very helpful was very understanding of my circumstances. And kept their promise as well as they word.

Would not refund my money. The company that I was attempting to get the car from doesn't accept debit. That is something I wasn't aware of prior to paying my money.

after booking I had to cancel reservation and the hyperlink was broken and I tried calling and even tho it says 24hrs they we're not available

The website is misleading, they never tell you the total price of the car until you enter your credit card information. Once you try to cancel your charge they hit you with a cancelation fee. I will never visit this site again..

Y'all deceived me and I see no link to cancel my reservation! I was looking for a car to rent for 3 days, saw what looked like a special for $16.84 per day. Perfect! So I reserve it. Then I get a voucher saying oh you paid this, but once you get here you have to pay hundreds more. Where was that in the beginning. I saw $16.84 per day, how does that total $400!?!?! $400 to rent a car for 3 days!?!?! No thank you!! Where can I cancel my reservation?

After a false start this weekend, Miles really came through for me today. Thanks guys !
