My experience was great because of Ms. Paulette who is the Dollar Rental Agent that checked me in she was so kind so personable I thought I was talking to a friend and we were just “catching up” as she worked with me to get the rental car that I needed without any issues. She is amazing!
Then the young lady at the Dollar rental pick -up location was so kind and friendly. A true pleasure!! I would rent from Dollar every time if I was dealing with a Ms. Paulette and the young lady at the car pick up. She had a great smile and bubbly personality!!

Great customer service experience
This is an updated review from my previous experience at Hertz car rental through Miles car rental.
After talking to Shavely Arteaga, about my Hertz car rental experience through Miles car rental, Shavely was very mature in handling my case and making sure that I got a refund for the misunderstanding that took place with Hertz car rentals. First she contacted me to see how my rental went and inform me she will take care of anything that did not make my experience an enjoyable one. After she found out what happen she immediately call me and assure me that she will pursue a refund for me. And yes I'm very happy she did.
