I really like the attention of Reyna
I really like the attention of Reyna ! I hope she can do a solution at my case as soon as possible. I started my complaint on December 23,2024 . The car that a rent from Miles was a Budget agency at the MIA airport and they charged me wrong fee as an extra driver under 25 at the moment I returned the car , but I didn't realize it at the time because I was late checking in for my flight. So I am asking them to refund the us$459. To my credit card until the end of the month. I hope they will give me back. I do have 70 years old. Thank you.

The reserved SUV was not available at…
The reserved SUV was not available at the appointed location. The rude Manager at Dollar Orlando Airport indicated that the car was not reserved and therefore not confirmed. I and my family had to incur additional costs [+$350] Fortunately, due to thoughtfulness on the part of the people at Sixt, we still made it to our vacation address in Miami. Bad start to the vacation. To make matters worse, I now have to chase my refund despite having already sent 4 emails.
Absulouutly not recommend this company.
