The lady at the Dollar Miami Airport…
The lady at the Dollar Miami Airport counter was not polite, was rude. Didn't show any willingness to answer my questions and she never explained the charges. Now I realized the charges in my reservation info were 40 dollars less than what she charged me. I did not request or get any extra services so I don't understand why the difference.
