Transparent Insurance!
I really liked this website for it's transparency, I knew exactly what insurance covered and knew that it would be comprehensive enough. Most other car rental websites hide full the actual coverage needed and would likely get scammed at the desk.
In future I would only use this company for renting in the USA as foreign driver.

I reserved to rent a car at Budget in Mexico City from Sep.18 to 25,2025.
When I went there today Sep.18 at 1pm, I had to wait for an hour and Budget forced me to pay additional insurance CDW (USD27 x 8 days) or to deposit USD4,330 by credit card.
And I reserved Nissan SUV but they offered Chinese SUV.
So, I think it was unfair and I canceled it.
Very bad experience for me.
Please return back my payment of USD148.20.
