We started using Miles Morgan in 2024, we chose them as this was when we booked our first cruise, as they are cruise specialists.

They have a vast knowledge about cruising and we have always received fantastic advise about our options for cabins locations, availability and price. Making the process so easy.

The service you receive has been nothing short than impeccable. The staff are extremely friendly and very much down to earth. They are very busy but always take time to acknowledge you and make you feel extremely welcome. They look after you from booking to check in and luggage label printing. It’s always a pleasure to deal with them.

The staff listened to us, and were very helpful - they helped us to choose the holiday that WE wanted.
The service was perfect, from our time in the store through to the follow-up emails.
And the booking process was straightforward, with the staff going so far as to provisionally hold our holiday choice for us for 24 hours while we checked that we had booked the 'right' holiday.
If I had to find a fault I would be really hard-pushed to do so - well deserving of the 5 stars!

Did all the research I could regaling a Summer cruise for my family….. what a minefield it was.

Spoke to a few advisors attached to the websites who, in my opinion, just wanted to build the invoice way past what we discussed my budget was.

Disheartened, I Googled local cruise specialists near me. Miles Morgan Travel was the nearest so I contacted them via telephone.

Bonny in the Abergavenny shop was wonderful. Expert listening skills, great advice, for us being first time cruisers, and within an hour, had build us a package to meet our wishes and within our budget.

Rest assured we will be repeat customers.

The one negative…..is that I have not been to the shop to thanks them personally…YET .
