Just booked a last minute short break with Jed and Rachel in your Blandford branch. I can’t praise these two enough, nothing was too much trouble finding us the best break possible. Just as we were going to book they discovered that building work was due to start whilst we were there so they found us another hotel. Every step of the way they were looking to get the best break for us. We have booked various holidays with Jed and we can’t praise him and his team enough.

Booking my holiday was easy and staff very helpful dealing with any queries. I did not feel pressured in any way and happy with the outcome.

The staff at the Blandford office are all so very friendly and helpful. They always greet with a smile and are so helpful finding flights, holidays whatever we need. Such a pleasure to do business with them.

As always the team in Blandford where excellent, special mention to Selina for her patients and finding us a great deal to Thailand, also Rebekah for picking out a short break to Malta. If youve never visited them before to book a trip I strongly advise you do, weve been using them for a number of years.

All the staff were amazing right from booking my holiday, keeping me up to date with any flight changes, booking coach tickets and so grateful to them when my ordered money didn't arrive. They jumped in to action and even helped with travel adaptor plugs. No question to silly can't rate them enough. Will definitely book again with them.

Attentive and the standard of service we received

We always go to Jed to book our holidays, he looks after every detail and finds us the best hotels and tickets. He is always there to answer any queries and is always contactable should we experience any issues whilst we are away.

Made my visit feel that they explanied every part off my booking made me feel welcome,
this was the second time i have booked with them and i was treated with respect.

Friendly, polite helpful staff, all of the team supported each other and contributed in supporting,the customer in making thier bookings.
They made us feel that nothing was too much trouble and that they had time to listen to us. We also felt that we were not under pressure to complete our booking until we were ready.
