Excellent friendly and relational approach, matched with well informed and professional service - I booked a last minute mini trip and I usually book everything online myself, but I would never have been able to view and assess the options as well as the team. Going forward I will go back to Miles Morgan as it was such a great and easy experience.

We received a warm welcome as soon as we arrived in our local branch. Simeone had organised a holiday for us previously so we were delighted when his colleague suggested that we discuss our forthcoming getaway with him, although not at his desk he arrived almost immediately and greeted us as if we were friends. Simeone has a huge bredth of knowledge and having discussed what we would like to do made several suggestions including a hotel that offered safari day trips, we swiftly made a decision to book. Simeone asked if we needed airport parking or a hotel, he kindly organised and booked our parking. Would highly recommend.

We followed Simeon the Travel Advisor from his previous employer he has looked after us for many years. We have confidence that he will find us the right holiday. Your company is able to offer us good deals. This is our first time with Miles Morgan and so far so good.

Yesterday my wife had the pleasure of speaking with Simeon on the telephone. We live in Oxfordshire and he was helping to organise a Riviera Travel River Cruise for 2027 that we are taking with our friends that live locally, so some logistics involved! We can’t thank him enough for all his help and advice; he is certainly very knowledgeable.
We look forward to speaking with him again in the future, as we get nearer to our travel date.
