Helpful and nothing to much trouble

Needed to purchase a gift voucher for a birthday present. Had to wait a few minutes as a couple of staff were unsure what to do , but the apprentice soon came over and sorted it for me. Brought back memories of my time in travel""

Thank you so much to Kerry Bignell who works at the Yeovil branch. After our holiday being cancelled at the last minute (sat on the plane), we walked into Miles and Morgan for the first time ever and what an absolute blessing, why have we never come to you before, I have no idea. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 3 hours, going though all of our options. A few days later we were all on a plane again, on our way for a 5 star holiday.

Kerry, thank you so so much for your time and your energy. We will be back to see you again when we are looking to book our next holiday.

The staff at Yeovil were welcoming, knowledgeable & very helpful when we went to book a cruise. We were assisted by a very friendly apprentice who, when the process faltered due to a technical hitch, sought advice from other more experienced staff and dealt with the situation very professionally, advising us that she would call as soon as she had a resolution. She did call shortly after we left & we were able to return next day to book exactly what we wanted. Again, when a query arose, the apprentice clarified with colleagues and made a call to the cruise line to ensure that the information we were given was absolutely correct. The service we received was excellent, I never felt rushed or like I was asking a stupid question. We don't take big holidays often, which is why we went to an agent, & I felt like the staff understood our needs and worked hard to put us at ease, giving us confidence that our holiday will be special.
