We went back to Kerry in Yeovil for our holiday, and as last time she was a mine of information and understood exactly the sort of holiday we were looking for. At no point did she try to sell us a more expensive holiday, and we appreciated that.
Very efficient service - we shall look nowhere else next year.

All the Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They knew exactly what I was trying too book, and guided me through everything, especially Kerry and Sarah at the Yeovil branch.
Diffently recommend the agency if your looking for a bespoke holiday.

They go the extra mile! Helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant personnel. You are offered a coffee on arrival and are not rushed or hurried. Desks far apart so you are not disturbed by someone next to you. A great experience.

From the outset our Miles Morgan travel advisor Victoria Joyce in Yeovil turned our special Anniversay holiday aspirations into an achievable reality. Drawing on experience in the entire team she was able to put together an Indian OceanCruise with the smaller ship company Azamara, which exceeded all expectations. From home to the outbound flight to our embarkation hotel in Mauritius everything had been arranged and was executed smoothly. The same was true of our return through Singapore. Azamara is attractive in the small
Number of guests (c700) each treated the same in facilities, food and drink once accommodated onboard. The mix of crew from 23 different nations complemented the guests drawn from 45, ensuring a cohesive and enjoyable onboard community. The test of the holiday…..we have booked on another Cruise through Mikes Morgan!

Frustrated by online ‘research’ and lacking in confidence after years of not travelling much, I needed to book flights to the USA . I was feeling nervous, bewildered , and getting very very grumpy using the internet !
I needed a human being with reliable knowledge . So I spoke to E at the Yeovil office of Miles Morgan . She was friendly, efficient, helpful and reassuring .She talked things through with me very patiently , answered all
my daft questions , and came back to me punctually with good suggestions. When I was ready , E.booked my flights and advised on my new passport, and insurance. She even kindly sent me a detailed ‘guide ‘ to checking in , finding my flights , and getting my baggage at all the airports ! I’m not good at ‘ tech’ , or online check ins , and I knew it would be complicated . It all went very well , thanks to her professional assistance. I was so glad of that little guide on my phone ! I loved my trip and will plan another soon. For customer service , patience, and personal attention this was a first rate experience . Thankyou !
