very bad !
My experience with this website has been very bad. I ordered three T-shirts from them with delivery to an Easybox, but when I went to pick up the package, I received a different package delivered by Shein containing a different product. After a long exchange of emails, as of today, June 3, 2026, I have not been able to receive the products I ordered and paid for. Communication with these individuals has been very poor; I feel cheated and will notify the appropriate authorities so that action can be taken!

Delivery to a parcel locker?
Good selection and reasonable prices, however, the lack of parcel locker delivery options is a major downside. It would be much more attractive if orders could be delivered to a parcel locker.

Good range of choice and product descriptions made it easier to choose between them.
I chose items that were in Sales so pricing was particularly good
Information on shipping progress was very good, though it didn't seem to work from displayed orders, I had to go to the orders via my account and click on Track order there. Last Mile delivery service (Royal Mail) was excellent for first order and I was able to redirect it to be held at local delivery office as I was going out on scheduled delivery day. On later order, Royal Mail did not offer redirection - no idea why - but problem is at their end as I had exactly the same experience with 2 orders from another company using same postal service this week.
I haven't used the products yet but they seem to be well made.
Service was very quick, allowing for distance involved.
