Be careful of scamming
Be careful of scamming. I ordered a pair of boots from military.eu online, and shortly after I made the order they emailed me to say the payment hadn't gone through and provided a link for me to complete the payment. It all *seemed* legit so I did as they requested. I have since found out from my bank that the original payment did go through and they have charged me twice for the same product. I have tried to contact them by phone (impossible), email (no response) and webchat (was told I would be refunded but unsurprisingly, I haven't been). I would be very careful before using this company and definitely DO NOT follow links they send you to make repeat payments.

The company have said they will issue a refund for the bogus charge. They emailed me saying they had no records of sending me a link telling me I needed to pay again, or having received any emails from me, and asked me to send on all my correspondence - which I did.
I find it hard to believe that they have no records of any of the above. I will have to hope that they issue a refund as promised. Avoid this company if at all possible!

I’ve now shopped with you a few times
I’ve now shopped with you a few times, and it has gone really well — easy checkout, good products, and affordable prices. There are three things I think could be improved:
Add a Klarna checkout option.
Make it possible to send a message to the packer during checkout.
And last but not least — perhaps the most important — please, for the love of God, don’t use UPS! It took two weeks for a package to arrive ln Sweden, something that PostNord, FedEx, or DHL usually delivers within a maximum of three days.

TRADEINN has not updated once.
