Ordered from Canada, using their chart guide which is not exactly clear (French-American sizing)-Products were way too large. Paid for expedited shipping- product still took almost 3 full weeks to arrive and Im in Toronto, a major global hub so shipping here is usually very fast from every company, no matter their location. Started return process, cost was $80 to send back and you can ONLY use their return network courier. You only get a partial refund (about 40% of original price paid) for unused/still in package returns, which they resell at full price to someone else. Still waiting for my refund a month later. Communication takes a few days via email to get a response and they’re rude and don’t seem to care. Avoid this scam website and order from ANYWHERE else but these people- they don’t care about customer service. Its also greasy that they’ve secured a .CA when there isn’t 1 person from their company that lives or operates here. If you look at their ratings/reviews for anywhere but the UK, their score fits what most scam sites have for ratings with an average of 2-2.6 stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! (And it will cost you a fortune with this company) !!!

I send them the item back on November 17th by paying around $75!! today is December 11th and I haven't received my refund yet!

BEWARE IF ORDERING IN CANADA , this is not a Canadian company. All orders come from the UK so on top of postage you will be required to pay duty on the order as well. If you have to return your item you are stuck with a big postal bill.I ordered a jacket and followed there size guide and the reviews about sizing. The jacket is way smaller than the website suggested so now I’m stuck with a jacket I can’t wear as it will cost me a small fortune to send it back and then get hit again with import duty!

I ordered from them, instead of another company that was selling the same product for cheaper, because I thought my item would come from Canada and come quickly. When I got to the checkout, I found out that the item would ship from the UK, so I decided to choose the more expensive "expedited" shipping option, which claimed it would arrive in 5-6 days. Note that it doesn't say business days. Anyway, in total it took 12 days after the day it was shipped. Not what I expected when I paid more for fast shipping, and not what I expected from a website that advertises fast shipping to Canada. The item was what I ordered.

I went to the website and noticed on the bottom it stated that they was classed as excellent on trustpilot, lies. Once I check it out for myself I seen that there was no ratings. I wouldn’t trust them with a dime of my money.
