Total scam. I did not get the package and it’s been 8 weeks. The tracking says it’s from China. There is no customer service.

Chinese junk is putting it pretty respectfully. Don’t waste your money, you aren’t going to “luck out” and get something cool. It’s all trash.

If I could give a negative stars review I would. Completely disappointed in the quality of their products and customer service. I bought a solar power flashlight from them and a mystery box. At checkout a pop up came up on the screen and said add a second mystery box for $49.99 and I thought hell why not? Well, the flashlight is made of cheap aluminum and didn’t even turn on with a full charge, the mystery box was absolute garbage and cheap as it comes. They sent me two tactical stockings that I guess you would use during Christmas. Zero interest in Christmas decor that my wife would never allow to be used in our house anyways. Disappointed is an understatement. I normally never complain but to be representing the military community and tactical gear, etc it is a complete scam with Chinese made crap products. Save your money and go shop somewhere else. You’ll thank me later and save yourself money! I’ll never conduct business with these guys ever again.

Their merchandize is a very poor quality and nothing like what it looks like on photos .
The delivery service is from China , takes 7-10
days to get it .
THEY DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

I saw an add for the Aw12 smart watch from Military Mental Endurance, iblook cool so I ordered it on 03/06/24. When I received the watch, I was extremely disappointed and returned the watch. I mailed it on 04/12/24 and it was received on 04/15/24. I also included my name and info for refund on a piece of paper in the package. At the end of the week I had noticed there was no refund to my card and I contacted MME about my refund, they asked for the tracking number, which I gave them. Next email was that wasnot their return address, and the address I mailed to was a third party courier. Don't waste your money, they don't stand behind the cheap merchandise.

What a joke do not give them ur hard earned money bought a mystery box cost me 41 quid and all I received was a crap 50p camo hat and a metal pen that doesn’t even work that are sould on Amazon for 9.99

Dodgy don’t give you your moneys worth if it was $600 down to $100 your lucky to get $100 worth defiantly not the original price money worth

Complete waste of money. Spent around $150 for 2 mystery boxes. First red flag was when I got the shipping info and it said origin country was china... took 2 weeks to deliver packages and each package had 3 to 4 items in them. Now I will most likely find a use for the items but they are not anywhere near worth what I paid. 2 tactical xmas stockings, a hat, a small shoulder pack, a black roll up pack, and a face mask. $150 for probably $30 worth of wish.com quality crap

BUYER BEWARE. Absolute junk. No refund if you open the box. How are you able to see if it works without opening the box? Total ripoff. China junk. 30 day shipping. Looks and feels like a watch from a crane game at a gas station.

Scam. It took a month to ship from China. Quality is F grade. Falsify ads. No refund even store website stated 30 days return policy.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The quality of the products are mediocre and the customer service is horrible. I purchased a watch for my husband who is a Navy Veteran. It broke after wearing it two times. I contacted the company. They did send a new one, however, I never received it. They have done nothing to assist except provide me with a tracking number. They DO NOT insure the package when they send it to the buyer and so if it gets lost in transit, their response is that once it leaves their building they are no longer responsible. Since the company does not insure the packages, you can't file a claim with USPS. So I am out money and have a broken watch to show for it. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and received an email saying, sorry...nothing we can do. TERRIBLE COMPANY

SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!.......Bought an AW12 watch last month..lasted exactly 33 days. Started going screwy and lost time and date sync...won’t sync to phone anymore...just pings ..the charge only lasts 2 days . BUT, not all the Apps work.. compared it to my wife’s Garmin for accuracy....NOT EVEN CLOSE....No communication with seller of course...CHINA ....don’t waist your money. Feb/2024

I bought two of the boxes for "discounted" prices, one survival box and one tactical box since it was said to be two unique boxes (total was $120+). Like others, all I got was a shoulder bag, tactical stocking, an emergency sleeping bag, tactical pen, and a cheap hat (I hate velcro hats). Everything shipped from China and took forever to get here; it speaks volumes that they don't have a place to leave reviews on their website. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

This website is a total rip off they advertise mystery boxes with fantastic items but provide bare minimum.
The are ripping people off with false advertising and then when you query your delivery you get total silence and do not respond back to emails.

What a scam...
Me, being overly excited, ordered the military mystery box. Well, this stuff is crap! They gave me a shoulder pouch, a rain poncho, and a tactical Christmas stocking for $67. Ridiculous, false advertisement! There is no customer service at all! No one has returned my email.

I paid for a outdoor mystery box for 84 $ and after 3weeks received a package with items worth 20 $ I emailed customer service and they gave me the run around don't waste your money it's a total scam

Got my stuff and what a joke, I bought 4 of their boxes, for $305 and the stuff came in bags, I went online to figure out the cost I could buy for and it was less than $60 and the $305 was supposed to be special sale at 1/2 price, If you like getting ripped off, Buy from them, Every piece from China and after 3 days already three things falling apart - They true con-artists - Do not trust this site at all
