Joke...complete joke. I ordered a military mystery box and an outdoor mystery box. For some reason...they both had the same thing in them...a stocking on steroids, a crappy little satchel, and a plastic sleeping bag. Didn't find out till my tracking number came in the email that it was coming from China. Thought I was doing something to help out American military...after reading all the other reviews, after the fact unfortunately, it seems as though a refund is not in my future. I emailed the company through their "contact us" tab. Let's see how that goes...

Wished I read this prior to ordering this phony watch. Item was defective but they don’t take returns or refunds. Hope they choke on my payment!

Such a scam. I ordered a mystery box and it contained nothing useful. When you try to leave a review on the website they refuse to post 1* reviews.

Ordered 300+ $ worth of “boxes” and got about 40$ of cheap crap after waiting over a month .. buyers beware it comes from china and I got 3 tactical stocking that are so cheap I’m gonna trash them . What a hot trash company!!

Would not work. Would not connect to app. Asked for refund within a day of receiving it. Customer service admitted it was a faulty item. Still refused to refund my money. Blocked me on all social media accounts. I have all the emails backing me up.

Shady company. They are not a US company. Shipping time took forever and my order only started to move through shipping channels after I complained to the company. When my mystery boxes finally arrived, the contents were a complete joke. Cheap items; nothing near the value of the price of the boxes. I complained again and they refunded me 10%. I will take it but does not nearly make up for the scam they are running. One mystery box was simply a neck gator and a cheap knock off desert camo pattern ball cap. Like really? Complete waste of money

If negative stars was a thing, they’d be there. Paid for a smart watch. Thought it was an American company with 3-5 day shipping, per their site.
Took over 15 days to arrive because it came from China.
Utterly disappointed in the quality. The graphics on the watch look like they’re from the early 80’s. Cheaply made, TERRIBLE customer service. Doesn’t support text. They refused a refund or return. Took 7 days of arguing with them to offer a return. But, I’d have to return it to china. SCAM!!!

The Mystery Box is a con.
Only cheap items are included, not the high value items.
They get away with by inviting you to take a risk
Avoid at all costs. or get tricked like I did

SCAM, usps confirms that “tracking number” is a fake. “Updates” said arrived at my usps where I found out this is a scam. BUYER BEWARE.

SCAM! Stay away! Paid $80 for the mystery box, got a watch that retails for less than $20. Contacted customer service by email, they refused to refund me. It all comes from China too. SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER, ITS A SCAM! I ordered 4 ! The stocking comes with nothing pictured. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!!! I'm only getting started to expose them all over the internet. Don't just leave a review here, leave one everywhere you can! Also in Canada you can file a report with the Canadian anti fraud center here; 1-888-495-8501. Also report them to the online internet payment system you used to buy it. And notify the website where it took place. And call the cops! It's fraud. It's misleading. They can't do this.

I wish I would have read more of these reviews. I ordered as saw an ad on Facebook. I placed my order for one military stocking package for Christmas. Just got it and it's crap. One tan baseball hat, small pack and misc item for 79.00. Yes, it came from China which the ad never tells you as they show pictures of American Armed Forces with all these items they display.

absolute scam, took money, didnt send items, emails are ignored and tracking numbers sent were fake. avoid at all cost.

This is the biggest waste of money. They will send you 2 things, one “mystery” being a stocking that can’t even be used for anything besides Christmas. Such a scam. & they don’t do full refunds so watch out.

Wish I could leave zero stars! Ordered a tactical stocking. Doesn’t warn you it’s shipping from china and takes a month to arrive. They refuse to cancel my order and refund money. If I want a refund, I have to now pay for shipping to send it back or “sell it,” per the companies advice. Save your money, order elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!. Horrible horrible horrible!! They are full of it and all they do is steal.. I ordered a mystery box and a stocking and received 2 stockings and a backpack. They sent me $9.38 back in place of my missing items( I spent $93.88), and told me if i wanted a full refund i have to return the items ..I NEVER RECEIVED THEM! extremely disappointed and hurt.. these were supposed to be Christmas gifts.

I would give 0stars if I could ordered military box on11/16/23 still have not got it. The number is fake and the customer support is a joke I am trying to get my money back and no luck this is a scam from china I thought it was a us company run far away from this company

So I placed an order on 11/23/23 and received the order today 12/13/23 and what a disappointment. I ordered the tactical mystery box and the military mystery box hoping to get something good from each selection but instead I received the same items in both packages. I got a black tactical stocking in both a tan mini satchel and an emergency sleeping bags which honestly is the only thing I will probably keep. In my opinion it’s not worth the money or the shipping wait time even if there’s a sale. The order comes from China as well.
