After our order was delayed over a month, we requested a refund, which we have not received 3 months later. Customer support is nonexistent - phone not working, ignoring our emails. Unfortunately we did not read the reviews here before, they delete the Google reviews regularly. Stay away from this scam.
Communication terrible, but the parcel was arrived.
More that three months has passed and I haven't receive neither of my order. I filed a complaint with the EU Consumer protection Commission, and Milkii returned the amount I paid for one of my orders. However, I still haven't received neither information about my second order nor a refund. I intend to escalate the things further on. Would not recommend! Totally arrogant and unprofessional!
