shameful treatment of customers
Hello, my husband placed an order on your website three weeks ago. It was for Aden+Nais brand muslin diapers. We waited for the order but it never arrived. You did not even contact us after a very long time and did not inform us that they were out of stock on your website. And we had to be the first to contact your store, after which we learned that these products are not in stock at all. But at the same time you have the conscience to put on your site products that you simply do not have in stock, as well as to ask for payment in advance for it and not to get in touch with the customer for a long time.
You said you would refund the money, but did not specify how long you would do it. With your disgraceful customer focus I understand these will not be soon. I am writing you this letter in order to warn you that I am forced to apply to the Consumer Rights Society and complain to them about your disgraceful attitude to customers.
