Great range of all animal feeds Pleasant helpful staff

I placed an order for chick biscuit feed. I paid then realised I wanted to order pellet (for their next stage). I contacted MH and they were most helpful & arranged a call to up my order. I happily paid and all feed arrived with prompt service & usual advanced notifications. We annually allow wild mallard to nest on our pond and feed the brood to fly off in the summer so it's an annual event but not an all year requirement. I've used MH for a few years and never been disappointed. Thank you MH.

We have shopped at Millbry Hill for a number of years, whether for food etc for our dogs, for wild bird food or items for our granddaughter's horse. Plenty of choice, good prices as well as helpful and friendly staff.

cant fault my experience when ordering the stoneware bird bath. arrived on exact day in sensible packaging. and birds wasted no time in having a drink of water and one red robin christened it with a bath.

Didn’t have some of the feed I wanted in store, the basic mollichop and the calm and condition A&P.
Cashier was trying to get my discount as had £5 off voucher and 10% off feed by putting my large purchase through as 2 transactions.
She messed this up and asked for help basically saying it was my idea to do this which it wasn’t and I got a mouthful from the cashier that she called over!!!
So in the end I ended up having to buy another bag of which I didn’t need to get my £5 off!!
Not impressed at all!

What i needed was accessable and at a reasonable price.Counter staff were very helpful my only downside was having to help myself I'm 86year old and found lifting 20kg Very difficult assistance would have been appreciated

We have used Millbry Hill at their Richmond and Thisrk branches since they have opened and find everyone their just super amazing to deal with, always friendly, product knowledge excellent and just so helpful which is lacking at far to many other places these days. The staff always remember you and thats incredibly important when you shop local. So keep up the good work and we will be customers for ever.

The staff are always polite and helpful. Their knowledge and expertise are very important to me as being the owner of two horses of pensionable age (32 and 26) feeding can be a nightmare but the staff were brilliant in recommending different feeds to try. I now have two happy horses, thanks girls for all your help.
