Thanks to this company I was able to get hold of my preferred bedding, for a reasonable postage rate, extremely quickly. I will buy again.

Website easy to use , Dog food arrived exactly when stated

Absolute joke. The website looks like it has a great range of products at a good prices. I placed an order. The main thing I wanted they didn't have. The reason I placed the order. The other items arrived in 2 separate deliveries (slow delivery) One bag of dog treats had split open as well. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS. They really don't care about their customers.

Excellent service and very fast delivery

Very questionable refund practice. purchase price including postage(£36.99) and the exact refund to be given (£27.01). Their refunds and guidance page reads: 'You can choose to return your order in any of our stores for free, or by post. We offer a Royal Mail Returns Service, which costs £4.99 (subject to size and weight restrictions), or you are welcome to use your own courier'. I don't get it. This was my first time experience and probably the last one.

Had to return an item and bought a smaller size. Refund given very promptly. Stating garment measurements on the website would avoid a lot of returns: other sellers manage to do this.

The staff were very pleasant and Richard loaded our purchase into the car without being asked. Thank you will come again.

Excellent service, shoes arrived earlier than expected and very pleased with my purchase.

At first I was disappointed for two reasons... the usual cat litter was not on the shelf but an alternative was found by the staff.. then the cat wormer could not ne purchased due to the lack of a qualified person being in store.. that would have left me giving 3 stars but the staff member helped me with the heavy item to.the car ..

Used this company as they were advertising an older version of a pair of work gloves I had been looking for.

But they sent a different pair to the ones advertised, a newer version that was different to the ones pictured and advertised.

OK, no problem, told them id be returning then as they were not what I wanted, I could buy the new version direct from the manufacturer cheaper.

They appologised for their mistake, and provided a label to return them.
Once returned, they then refunded part of my payment keeping £4.99 for the postage to return them!
Even though the fault lies with them, not very good customer services at all!

I use this company regularly for my dogs food and found them to be excellent, delivery is fast at a reasonable cost, packaging is good and communication in the way of keeping me informed about my delivery is also excellent.

The shop assistant was very helpful to us in order that we could find and buy what we needed.

Not happy With the purchase I made. When I made purchase I got 1 items as used. They told me they will send replacement. The delivery company send replacement to someone else home and when I spoke to cs team they said they are getting investigating with courier which taking so many days. Terrible service.
