Complete and utter scam operation

Complete and utter scam operation. Not even sure they are around by this name anymore. I DID look into this name before I ordered my non-existent wool sweater, and they seemed to be a legit company. A few days later their web site was completely changed, bearing no resemblance to the first. Of course, customer service was a dead end. My mistake was not doing a reverse image search on their merchandise, which would have revealed that they stole every photo. I’m out $60.00, but a little smarter.

The whole site was.a.scam

The whole site was.a.scam. The sweaters are the same on amazon and they "ship" from China, not the US. However I NEVER recieved my order despite the tracking emails and now the site is taken down.

Never received my order

I ordered a jacket from this company on 1/31/2025 and have not received the jacket. I received confirmation and a tracking number. I could access the tracking page for about six weeks but the link was broken after that. I contacted the company at their support email on 3/10/2025 but received no response. Then, I noticed that their web page was no longer up. I've opened a case with PayPal, hoping to get my money back.

This is a scam

This is a scam. They advertise Icelandic wool sweaters but they send Chinese machine-made acrylic sweaters that bear only the slightest resemblance to those pictured. I was unable to get my money back through PayPal, but my husband was able to cancel his order through VISA.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!
This page DOES NOT ALLOW You to leave a ZERO Star. IF IT DID…I WOULD!
You will NOT Receive anything close to what you paid for!
I DID NOT do my due Diligence & check out this company. Now I’ve been burnt in more than one way.

FIRST I ordered the darling Green with White Sheep sweater that was clearly marked as wool.
It took 3 weeks to arrive from the state of Washington?!? LIE #1. No, actually the tracking information they send you clearly states it’s coming from China.

When it arrived it actually was a white sweatshirt material with a PICTURE of a green sweater on it! YES, I said I received a PICTURE of a green knitted sweater on a sweatshirt!. I wish I could attach a picture of this SHAM $40 SCAM. It’s truly unimaginable. A PICTURE of a sweater on a knit pullover sweatshirt. LIE #2.
To top it off the $40 invoice now lists the “Sweater” as a Pullover.

I immediately contacted their customer Service to complain & demand an immediate refund on a “Pullover” I never ordered.
LIE #3 They make it exorbitantly difficult to return this horrible product, even though they guarantee an easy refund with a return. IF YOU CAN’T return it easily… You don’t get your refund.
I too received their already stated return run around that you can read in others complaint reviews.

THEN they had the audacity to email me a review of their Customer Service!
I happily then stated the facts & demanded an immediate FULL REFUND.
As I submitted my Review of their Horrible Product I received a notice that there was a failure on my end to successfully submit my review. When I wrote an even more scathing review & attempted to again submit it…my iPad crashed.

Within 2 hrs I suddenly got Doxxed. Receiving 4 unsolicited phone calls on my cell. I don’t pick up unknown phone calls. So All 4 businesses left messages responding to my inquiring to purchase a Boat, RV, car or ED Product.
At the same time my email was swamped from 30 different businesses also responding to my inquiries to purchase their boats, RV, ATVs, cars, etc.

REALLY?!? Are you thinking this is just a coincidence? How is it that within 2 hrs of sending a bad review I was Doxxed? I’ve never been Doxxed!

I’m now dealing with my Credit Card Company to get a refund from a Fraudulent Company.

Such misleading advertisement

Such misleading advertisement! Sold as a wool sweater, received a sweatshirt with a printed knitted pattern, asked for a refund, was offered $7.50 for a useless $40 sweatshirt. Unacceptable

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is just horrible. The quality is garbage. Colors don’t even come close to the photos they use to lure you in. Then, when the garbage shows up it is discovered that this company is based in China and all returns need to be shipped back to China, at the buyers expense! Costs more to ship back than the product cost! This company knows it is shipping garbage- they immediately offer a 20% refund when you complain. Buyer Beware!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Product quality is nothing like portrayed in picture. The goods are cheap and poorly constructed. The Return and Exchange Policies are procedurally easy, but sending your returns BACK TO CHINA is cost prohibitive and they know it. Would you guess a company named Miller-WA requires a return to China. I also wonder if “we are closing our family business” is also a marketing ploy. Lesson learned, idiot tax paid…

This is a scam

This is a scam. DO NOT buy anything from them. After 4 weeks of waiting for my sweaters, I received ugly, poorly made junk that didn't resemble the sweaters I ordered. I usually don't fall for scams, but the family looked so beautiful in their gorgeous sweaters and I didn't check the site until I sent them over $200. Nuts!

The Scam is real

I had the exact same negative experience. Zero stars. I'd be willing to bet the "positive" ratings are also part of the scam to boost the overall rating of this scam company.

Scam company

This business presents itself as being a family business of 30+ years based in Washington state that is closing when, in reality, it is a complete scam. I received a sweater that was so poorly made, had a massive, obvious seam running along the entire top part of it, and did not look like what was shown online when I purchased the sweater. When I tried to return it (with photos), I was given an address in China and told that I had to pay for shipping for the return, even though it says otherwise on their website. After exchanging almost 20 emails with customer service, the best I was offered was 30% back. The website doesn't provide an address or phone number - I should have known better.

This is my second purchase

This is my second purchase, and I’m just as impressed as I was the first time. The sweaters are durable, stylish, and worth every penny. I highly recommend Miller’s work!

Great quality sweaters

Not sure what all the negative comments are about, but I had an amazing experience with shopping at Miller. I ordered 3 sweaters for Christmas and they all arrived on time. The quality and fit was great and for this price I am definitely coming back for more.

If it was possible to give a 0 in a…

If it was possible to give a 0 in a review I would. This is a total scam. Their ad says there merchandise is mailed from Washington which is the first lie. My package was shipped from a sham address in GA. The second thing is the quality of the sweaters (2). Both are 100% polyester and were too large (I ordered a small based on their sizing), and they smelled odd. Their web page says they refund within 30 days. Nope I would have to mail to China. Then they offered me various percentage refunds, at most. 30%. I’ve yet to be credited so am notifying my credit card company and will donate the shoddy sweaters. Beware!

Scam. Do not buy.

Bought a sweater which turned out to be poorly made, with flaws visible, and was too small. After many emails back and forth, they told me I would have to pay return shipping to China. They finally offered to give me a discount on the sweater...I have yet to see if they follow through. Do not buy from this company!

Classic bait and switch

One of the sweaters l bought was fine and as shown on their website. The other was a classic example of China based bait and switch and bore only a very distant resemblance to what I ordered. I initiated a PayPal dispute because I have received no help form the company, only boilerplate messages and stalling tactics. Their info@millerwashington help email doesn’t exist

Can I give ZERO STARS?

Can I give ZERO STARS?? Website clearly states wool sweaters, both sweaters I ordered 100% polyester. 30 day simple return policy is a joke, I was emailed saying that it would cost upwards of $20 to return to china and then might get caught in customs, and may incur more fees! In the end I had to settle for 20% refund and donated the sweaters. Buyer beware…sweaters were also tight and sized wrong.
