Complete and utter scam operation. Not even sure they are around by this name anymore. I DID look into this name before I ordered my non-existent wool sweater, and they seemed to be a legit company. A... See more

One of the sweaters l bought was fine and as shown on their website. The other was a classic example of China based bait and switch and bore only a very distant resemblance to what I ordered. I initia... See more

Chinese Criminals global clothing scam

I am updating my review because I finally got someone from this criminal enterprise to admit they are not a US based company, but a Chines company. They claim they ship from the US, and have a guaranteed return policy. They obviously have thousands of fake clothing websites and have been scamming people all over the world. They all use this as their "return" address which makes it impossible to return... No. 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong Express, No. 409,, Suxi Yiwu Town. This what they say. . . we regret to inform you that we do not offer free return shipping as mentioned on our 'Exchanges & Returns' page.
As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in China. We recommend that you send the return with Track & Trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. The cost of returning to China starts from at least $20.
In addition, there is a significant chance that your package will be detained by customs and additional charges will have to be paid before your order can reach our warehouse in China. However, we are not responsible for these costs.
When the package finally arrives at our warehouse in China after 14 to 21 business days, we will check it for any damage and its overall condition. If everything is fine, we will refund 100% of the purchase price to your account within 5 business days of receipt.
