cleaning performance was superb the only bad point was the construction which was already completed strait from the box was poor as the aluminium vertcal stuts had all the fixing self tapers over tightened leaving the handle loose and wobbly. These struts would be better made of stainless steel. Unfortunately I removed the power hose from the reel and cannot fathom how to work out how to replace it to wind it back after use?

I purchased an electric jet washer some time ago and has been an excellent product. Through my own fault I needed a new hose, price very reasonable and delivery time excellent.

The product is good quality at a fair price and was packaged and delivered safely and securely
It was fairly easy to assemble though the instructions were sparse and not easy to decipher in broken Chinese and contradictory within the two pamphlets
This is no reflection on Miller and Mason but might be something they can take up with the manufacturer

My husband had been looking for a new jet washer & after a bit of research, decided on the Miller & Mason 262 BAR 3800 PSI Electric Pressure Jet Power Washer. I received the confirmation of order immediately which outlined the shipping method & delivery time. The item was securely delivered by courier, fully assembled & good to go. My husband says it is definitely the best jet washer he has had & suitable for the decking, patio slabs & resin driveway. A great product.

Pressure washer was delivered in 3days,I have got it built fond it easy to put together,I Will be able to use it soon on my Driveway.

High pressure washer required for removing moss and lichen from tennis courts before the start of the new season. Time consuming and messy but getting there. It certainly is powerful enough and with the 4 different sized nozzles, does the job. Pity the moss comes back every year. The washer was delivered on time and in good condition. No issues with the service or the price.

Delivery was ontime as scheduled but have not tested the item as yet but appearance of the item looks great and very sturdy in built will recommend but still need to give it a test run

This was the first time buying from Miller and Mason and must say found them first class. Got their own brand power washer and has been the best I've had by far. Ordering was simple and very fast free delivery. One happy customer.

Slight mistake on an extra item l ordered, but with a few emails to company it was replaced instantly.

Not very impressed with the instructions for the cement mixer. The manual is poorly designed and doesn’t match the product. The bolt bag numbers in the booklet don’t correspond to the updated sheet that was added, so halfway through assembly I had to take parts apart because the diagrams were outdated or for a different model. A simple 30‑minute job took hours, and I’m very experienced with assembly. Please update your manuals properly and provide a tutorial video. Also, the rubber gasket is too small and had to be overstretched to fit.

Fast delivery and very well packed the machine itself looks well made and works well

After doing lots of research I finally went with a re-conditioned pressure washer , it arrived after two days , very well packaged.
After I assembled the machine ( very easy), i noticed one of the rubber feet was missing , I emailed the company and they got back to me super fast and the missing part is on its way to me !
I cannot fault the company thus far .
I haven’t used the washer as yet but it’s a very well made sturdy unit!
