Bought a miller and mason power washer

Bought a miller and mason power washer. Things didn't start well, the connection between the hose and gun had a leak, so the power washer was ineffective.
After contacting them, the quickly sent out a new hose and gun.
Machine is working perfectly now.
Very happy with the machine and how the company handled the situation.

Excellent service and delivery

Excellent service and delivery, highly recommended.
Had a small problem with the brass high pressure coupling, this was quickly and efficiently resolved with a new coumling being sent by post.
Very pleased with the machine, highly recommend this Miller & Mason pressure washer and the company.

I like Nitrotek very much, but...

I like Nitrotek very much and this is the second 1/16 RC Tank I have bought in a month. Service and communication is very good but the website is woefully slow. Stocking levels are very low but this maybe not there fault as this type of model, 1/16 RC tanks are very low everywhere at present. This hasn't deterred me and I shall keep on studying the website for more 1/16 Tank stock. Recommended.

Parts I could not find online

Friendly, polite and efficient. I wish other companies were run the way Nitrotek does.
