Five stars for Dan who did a superb job fixing my Dad’s scooter. Although it has been a long wait for the parts and repair and the 4 weeks without his scooter has been really tricky, Dan took all the time needed to really check Dad felt confident and even helped sort the mirrors to suit and demonstrated further features on the scooter of which dad wasn’t really aware - thank you Dan!!

Excellent service at the Leyland store. Tara demonstrated a range of recliner chairs for my elderly mother without any pressure to buy. Once mum had chosen the right chair it was delivered by Phil and Jordan. They were so helpful making sure that it was set up correctly. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Dealt with Kelly Brankin at the Blackburn shop she was well informed about the product that we purchased. We wanted a very light weight scooter that we could fold and lift into the car. We had a home delivery which again was excellent.

Amazing service!!!! Brought in my dads walker and had it fixed the same day. The wonderful staff even offered delivery to my dad free of charge. Such a kind act and saved me loads of hassle.

I went to the Burnley store to look for a lightweight wheelchair for my mum, Claire was extremely helpful and very patient as my mum tried the chairs in different sizes, she made sure mum was happy and comfortable. There was no pushy sales talk. I would definitely recommend the store and staff. I will definitely be going back if I need anything else in the future 😊

We went to the Oldham branch to buy my mum a new wheelchair. There was plenty of choice and the staff were so friendly. Joanne was so patient and very helpful. She helped us get the right chair for mum. There was no pressure to buy but we did manage to find one that suits mum best.

My Mum was looking for a wheelchair so we went to the Leyland branch, where we were served by Julia (who'd come from the Heywood shop). Mum was a bit overwhelmed but Julia helped her to feel relaxed and look at all the options, without feeling pressured. By putting Mum at ease she was able to relax and enjoy the experience and choose the wheelchair that was right for her. Thanks Julia....great job!

I thought either my mobility scooter battery or battery charger were faulty. I took both to Phil iin Millercare who went out of his way to check both of them and run the scooter until the battery was nearly flat (about 6 hours) then recharged the battery abd confirmed the LED sequence was working OK. He had the scooter, battery and charger for two days to prove all was well. He suggested we have the scooter serviced as one wheel was running faster than the other and the wheels were different distances from the body. A very friendly, courteous and helpful experience and I would recommend this business, in Bury, to anyone.
