Mark Taylor has recently been around to fix some snagging on our property at Bridgewood Green and he is just absolutely fantastic. He is an expert in what he does and is incredibly friendly and helpful. It can be daunting having snags to resolve, but when someone like Mark comes to fix them it is so reassuring - thank you!

Really great overall experience from reserving our plot to now (2 months living here). Customer care is great and they’ve sorted the few minor issues we’ve had very quickly. Site have been amazing with things such as disposing of our rubbish while we wait got our bins, helping with deliveries and clearing our garden rubble from landscaping. Shoutout to Jenny, Adam, Darren and all the people who’ve done work around the house.

Special mention to Mat/Mark/Chris Smith (can’t remember for the life of me) who came to sort the fridge doors today, did a great job and even changed our handles for us.

I had an excellent experience with Declan Sales Representative at Miller Homes (Avon Wisp site). From the first enquiry through to the purchase process, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions. They kept me informed at every stage, made the whole experience straightforward, and never made me feel pressured. Their friendly and helpful approach gave me confidence throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new home with Miller Homes.

Visited Miller Homes development at Thornly Park Paisley, met Caroline, Sophie and Paul. They made the process seamless from the first welcome meeting to the handover meeting, they were always there to bring clarity to every questions I had as a first time buyer. I must confess those guys are great asset to Miller Homes. Caroline and Sophie are always friendly and happy to provide first contact resolution to any concerns raised. I'd recommend them over again.

Declan has been an outstanding Sales Manager throughout our home-buying journey. From our very first visit to the Avonside Wisp development, we were made to feel genuinely welcome, and the experience to date has been nothing short of exceptional.

Declan has consistently been approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive, ensuring that we feel informed and confident at every stage of the process. His open-door approach has been particularly appreciated, giving us the reassurance that we can visit the show home whenever needed to discuss options, ask questions, and seek advice.

Although we are only at the beginning of our build journey, the level of service we have received so far has been excellent. We are confident that Declan will continue to provide the same high standard of support through to completion and move-in, and we look forward to working with him throughout the remainder of the process.

We reserved our plot in November 2025 and are expected to complete at the end of August this year. We also had our own house to sell. The process from start until now has been amazing. The full team at Thornly Park have been so lovely & helpful when I have pestered them with questions. They have also been very understanding when dealing with issues from our buyers. We have been kept up to date with every step and have loved the experience so far.

As an elderly couple looking to downsize and find our last home, our experience with the Miller Homes advisors has been outstanding. From our first visit at Seaton Delaval to the successful reservation of our selected plot in Scholars Park we have had exceptional help and guidance from all the staff, in particular Gillian Hill who has supported and advised us at every stage of the process. To all of them we give our SINCERE THANKS and look forward to proceeding with choosing the details of our new house purchase going forward.

We’ve just reserved our plot for Scholars Park in South Shields, and so far our experience has been wonderful.
Jill, the sales manager for the development, has been really helpful with the process. We had about a million questions from the start and changed our mind about which plot to reserve. Jill’s support helped us navigate the uncertainty and when the time came to reserve our plot the process was just straightforward!
I would like to also give a shout out to the rest of the team, Hannah for calming me down when the online payment for the pre reservation was hanging for a moment, Brenda and Alex for taking such good care of us during our welcome meeting.
It’s only the start of our journey with our new build and we are only excited for what is to come. We know Jill and her team will look after us ☺️

Our recent house move came with more than a few challenges, especially on our buyer’s side, but the team at their Branston Leas site truly went above and beyond for us. Both Tigan and Caroline, were absolutely incredible. Their support, communication, and determination made all the difference — I genuinely don’t think we’d have secured our new home without them.
We’re so grateful for everything they did to keep things moving and make the process as smooth as possible.

Overall, my experience with Miller Homes at Meadowbrook Chase has been fantastic so far.

The sales team have been excellent from the very beginning through to moving in and beyond. Even though I’ve now been in my home for over a month, I still occasionally pop into the office or contact them with questions. They are always friendly, approachable and do their best to help. If they don’t know the answer immediately, they will usually liaise with the post-sales team and come back to me quickly.

A special mention goes to Michael Profitt from Customer Services. He has been brilliant throughout the snagging process. I had quite a long snagging list, as many people do with a new-build property, but everything I have raised has been added to the list without hesitation, which gives me reassurance that the issues will be resolved and that I won’t have to pay privately for repairs.

I would advise anyone buying a new-build home, whether from Miller Homes or another developer, to inspect the property carefully and keep a written record of anything that needs attention. Communication is key, and in my experience Miller Homes have been very responsive.

There are a few things I wish I had known before moving in. For example, if you are supplying your own dishwasher or washing machine, make sure you measure everything carefully and understand what installation work may be required. I hadn’t appreciated that some plumbing or openings for integrated appliances would need to be arranged privately. Looking back, I may have chosen the integrated appliance package as it is reasonably priced once you add up the cost of purchasing and fitting everything separately.

That said, Miller Homes were very helpful and, as a gesture of goodwill, assisted with integrating some of the doors and added this to my snagging list, which I really appreciated.

The sales team never felt pushy or overly focused on selling extras. They were patient, answered all of my questions and kept in regular contact throughout the purchase. They even helped explain things that I would ordinarily have needed to ask my solicitor. Communication was excellent, including via WhatsApp, where responses were always quick and helpful.

Buying a home can be stressful, especially when juggling work and everyday life, but this was honestly the least stressful house purchase I could have imagined. Apart from choosing options and finishes, everything was handled very smoothly.

I would also like to thank to Alice and Danielle, who have all been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my journey. Everyone I’ve met, from the sales team to the site staff and contractors, has been polite, respectful and professional. The contractors are considerate when working in your home and are happy to help with small additional issues where they can.

Of course, no new-build home is completely perfect and there will always be minor issues. The important thing is how those issues are dealt with, and so far I have been very pleased with the support and reassurance I’ve received.

Would I recommend Miller Homes at Meadowbrook Chase? Absolutely. So far, so good, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
