Really helpful staff

Really helpful staff, spoke through each pushchair and car seats we asked about and gave demonstrations of how to use them. Spent time with us but also allowed us to have time on our own to try. Really lovely and welcoming store! Will definitely be back! We’re very happy with our purchase!

Missing items, no customer service

I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received from Millie & Ralph.

I ordered four items in February, but not all of them were delivered. I raised an enquiry through their online customer support, but never received any response. I then went out of my way to find a telephone number (which wasn’t even for customer service) and spoke to a member of staff who assured me my query would be passed on — unfortunately, that never happened either.

It’s now been months and the issue is still unresolved. The lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely frustrating.

I would not recommend based on this experience.

Bought the cardigans

Bought the cardigans. Exactly as image. Good value. Had names put on the back. Perfect. If anything. A little small so bought 0- 3 months instead of first size as I had seen this comment in previous reviews. Babies not arrived yet.

We are first time parents to be and…

We are first time parents to be and went to Millie & Ralph to look at prams initially, seeing they stocked the brands we’d liked online. As soon as we walked in store the staff were friendly & welcoming.
The product offering is amazing - not just pushchairs but furniture, clothes, toys, decor.
You’re encouraged to have a test drive with the prams and Sophie was on hand to show us how these folded down and provide more information, which was so useful and taught me stuff as a first time mum with no experience!! She left us to browse and discuss between ourselves but was always on hand for any questions I had and went above and beyond to answer.
We ordered our pram yesterday and Sophie’s customer service was amazing. We will definitely be back to get more bits for baby!

Fantastic Store Experience!

We came to store today and ordered our full travel system bundle. It was fantastic! So much choice, so much room to try out all pushchairs / car seats to find the right one for us.
Sophie greeted us, but we were free to look around at our leisure, and didn’t feel pressured by any of the girls!
When we needed advice on the folding, car seat adapters etc. Sophie was happy to help and showed us everything about our chosen system.

Overall a lovely experience and so happy with our purchase ☺️🌸
