The first class friendly service.
The staff at Millington Travel in Hinckley are amazing. From the moment you enter the store you are made welcome. They listen carefully and are excellent at finding everything you require. I am disabled and they researched hotels for everything I needed then, three weeks before our holiday our hotel decided to close early for maintenance. The service the ladies provided in ensuring that the replacement hotel, which was an upgrade, could provide for my needs was first class.
