Placed my order on Tuesday 24th of Feb for an X-Large human dog bed website stated dispatched within 24 hours and 1-3 days delivery it’s now been a week and I’ve still not received my order or had any contact to say item is delayed or dispatched. I’ve tried emailing the customer service email to which I’ve also had no response. Extremely disappointed this was for my autistic son who is now completely devastated that he hasn’t received his item especially as it was for his new room

Placed an order

Placed an order. Then told my h7bby who informed me he had already ordered me a similar bed as a surprise. I tried to cancel item immediately as per their ts & cs. They took the money immediately but after 10 emails and forms on their feed I have not had 1 response. I am starting to believe that this is a
Scam like others have said. Im totally heartbroken as I cannot afford to lose this amount of money....

I purchased the milounge on April 25 and I’m still waiting to be refunded additional UPS fees after receiving a defective bed.

I purchased the milounge on April 25 and the bolsters were not as sturdy as advertised and do not fill out the case.
I reached out to the company and they told me to fluff the bolsters and let the bed sit out..
I have fluffed multiple times and the bed has been sitting out for two weeks now.

I reached out to the company to let them know their suggestion did not work and I did not get a response from them.
l emailed a week later and I'm still waiting for a response.
It's very disappointing and considering I paid 300 Canadian for the bed then UPS sends me a message saying have to pay an additional 200 in fees.

After posting a review, the customer service finally emailed me back and I received a new bed in June . I had to pay $200 in fees again to receive the new bed.
I reached out to customer service and was told it usually take 2 weeks to get a refund from UPS for the additional delivery fees.
I reached out to customer service to let them know | have not received a refund for the delivery fees. They told me they would get in touch with UPS.
After multiple times of trying to contact customer service, they finally replied, saying they will give UPS a nudge and if they don't get a response, they'll try sort something out to avoid delays.

After many more emails they said they will give me my money if I take down my review.

It is now Decemberand I have still not received the fees and customer service is not responding to my emails.
The new bed they sent me is no where near worth the $700 l ended up paying.
If you live in Canada, I do not recommend making this purchase in case you receive a defective bed.
It's very disappointing to spend so much money and not be able to get in touch with customer service.

Ordered the xl bed in dark grey arrived fine I had the bed a week wanted to wash the cover followed the instructions on the washing tag and went to put the cover back on no longer fits i have emailed the company over and over again to which I recieved no answer from them they just ignore you customer service is non existent

I absolutely think Milounge is an amazing brand 10 star through and through !

Majestic high quality human dog beds - helps with disabilities tooo whoop whoop - now I can rest softly knowing that myself and my 70kilo doggie can snuggle paiiiiinn free !

Bought three xl beds need for every room - soo soo cozy can’t believe it helps with my nerve pain !!!!!

On the sofa and pouf or on my bed for extra pain relief and cuddles !

Thankyou Milounge, will be buying more soon.

I received my human
Dog bed yesterday. I’m looking forward to having a good nights sleep with my dogs. The bed is excellent so comfortable and hard wearing. My dogs curl up and you can see how much they like it. Thank you

Don't deliver the product

I can't review the product because it never arrived and they have not responded to any emails and when I left a review on their website they took it down and still didn't respond!
I paid for next day DPD delivery and it was sent by royal mail 48 hours. First world problem I know but it was a birthday present and I paid extra for the next day delivery.
What arrived was just the bolster cushion - nothing else. As I said I have contacted them and heard absolutely nothing.

incomplete order

The order arrived incomplete and they have not responded to my attempts to get in touch with them to remedy this.

edit 30/04/25: Despite the company's reply that they are "We are glad to have sorted this issue out via email, and will make sure this is remedied" they still have not sent me the product I ordered or responded to my emails in the last 20 days

I ordered a human dog bed from Milounge. The bed is comfy and cozy, but the mattress feels a bit thin. While customer service was responsive to a couple of issues, I'm still waiting on a spare cover after months of delays. Mixed experience overall.

Waiting on order for over a month

I ordered a replacement cover on 2/11/2025. Received conf of order and after considerable time without order updates, contact Milounge numerous times via email and messages with no reply. They state reply time is 24 hrs but I did not find this to be true. Finally received a reply a month after I placed the order. Days after I received shipping notification with the tracking number. It say the post hasn't even received the package yet. Another week has passed with no shipping, no updates, nothing. I love the Milounge but it has been extremely frustrating ordering this.I cannot in good conscience give this company a good rating

Please improve customer services

Had some issues at first with faulty items but finally got it all sorted I hope, they kindly offered me a free human dog bed which I’m extremely grateful for so thanks, my only complaint would be there needs to be little leaflet that shows how to zip it up once done can see was easy but must admit it took us good 15 mins figure it out 🤦‍♀️ and no washing instructions etc

Apalling customer service

The bed itself arrived fine, and is comfortable, but it came with the wrong cover. I had paid extra for the bamboo cover, but received the furry cover in error.
My initial emails were replied to, with assurances (albeit hastily and unprofessionally written) that the correct cover would be sent. It's now been over three months, and despite following up regularly, the correct cover has not been received, and my emails are no longer being answered at all.

***Update 28 Jan 25 - Leaving this review all of a sudden elicited a response via email from the company, within the hour in fact (!). There followed a string of emails promising ever greater 'bribes' to remove the negative review immediately, which I was not willing to do, and most certainly not before receiving the correct cover as promised three months prior.
I'm pleased to say that the cover has now arrived, and it seems good quality. Finally I have what I paid for, plus the furry cover that was incorrectly sent initially as recompense for the error. Phew.

However, the seller is still emailing asking me to remove this review, which I will not do! The situation has been resolved, but it should not have taken three months, nor should it have taken leaving a negative review to get the seller to respond. I still call that appalling customer service, unfortunately, and I definitely did not appreciate the attempted bribes to try and get me to remove an honest review. With that said, I have changed my rating from one star to three stars, as I am pleased with the product itself and I do now have what I paid for. Hopefully that will bring an end to the emails asking me to remove the review, which I feel is disingenuous at best.
Summary: I would not buy from this company again.

Fantastic product and customer service.

My ASN teen daughter has used the human dog bed for over a year. Since then we have ordered a replacement cover to give her options. It is her safe haven and helps her nap feeling safe and cosy. On hard days she retreats to her Milounge and comes out regulated and happy. I recently ordered a new cover and reversed my decision. I emailed the customer service team who responded instantly with kindness and help with the order. The product itself is fantastic however the customer service exceeded all expectations. I have a very happy ASN daughter with a replacement bed on the way. Not often do you hear the positive stories / reviews but if there were more than 5 stars for both the MiLounge products and customer service I would be giving them ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
