I love it. I would love to keep it for myself because is so warm and cozy BUT I bought it for my giant dog and he is loving it. I love how fast shipping was and I love more that I can wash it whenever I want !!!!

I was really unsure about buying this, but I’m so glad I did. It’s so comfortable and cozy. My two cats curl up with me which is lovely. I bought it with the bamboo cover and now going to purchase the fury one for the winter. Great company great service thoroughly recommend!

This product seems to be one of - if not THE - best on the market in terms of mattress quality and thickness.

How well the covers last is unknown.

The human dog bed is extremely comfortable! Love the bamboo cooling cover.

Two days before my Milounge was due to arrive, I received an email explaining that they had found a mistake had been made with my order. They'd sent the wrong cover with the bed. and the storage bag hadn't made it. There was an apology and a second package was sent with the correct cover and storage bag.. Both packages arrived the same day. The error was corrected before I even knew there was a problem.

Now THAT'S customer service!

I cannot fault any of this bed, the mattress is truly superb quality, as is the rest of the product. The material is fabulous and soft and it was incredibly easy to put together which is an important factor for me as I'm disabled and in poor health, but I was able to put this together with the sections lay on top of my dining table in under 10 minutes on my own! I love that is was so simple as it means washing it will be very easy when necessary. I also was very impressed with the customer service from this company, I was struggling to checkout on a late Sunday evening and sent an email expecting a reply days later, but was responded to within minutes despite it being very late evening and a bank holiday weekend! The bed then arrived the next working day and the whole experience of making this purchase was a pleasure from start to finish and I would recommend both the company and the product to everyone, I have not stopped using this since it arrived it's now my favourite place to lounge around and my giant breed dog also loves to sit in it with me and its big enough for the both of us ! Its the most comfortable thing in my house!! Buy one you won't regret it !!

Used milounge the first time was very pleased after a faulty zip it was replaced straight away and given a free travel cover bag.

Went on and ordered another one, but same problem, left a review of negativity as the price you would expect not to have this problem after spending another £250 twice in a row.

But after receiving an email asking me to change my review if they sent me out a replacement I did.

I got sent out not what I ordered different material and colour so not what I wanted otherwise I would of ordered that.

Emailed them loads of times and they just ignore you now your not longer buying there products. I was grateful of the replacement at all, even willing to send it back and actually get what I paid for but no response what so ever.

Had another 2-3 in line to buy for family buy won’t bother now. There loss.

Ordered the MiLounge Human Dog Bed with a cooling bamboo cover. It was delivered quickly, the quality was great and it was easy to assemble. It is so comfortable, I am so happy with my purchase I would highly recommend to anyone who appreciates a nice relaxing snuggle.

Great 'human dog bed'. Good size and soft material. My son is now using this instead of his normal bed!! I know there are cheaper versions available but love the sturdiness of the mattress. And if my son loves it and sleeps well, then I'm happy too! A great purchase.

Great Product and Service!
We bought two as spare beds for our childrens' rooms and they are absolutely great. The kids love lounging in them and they are really comfortable for the occasional overnight sleep.
The customer service team was fantastic with my ask for help around the storage bags as well. Highly recommend this product and company.

My order was missing an item and so far I have followed up six (!) times with customer service. Although the bed is nice, the overall customer experience has been poor. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and resolving issues when they occur are basics for any company.
