It was a beautiful bouquet, I was sent a video of the arrangement and note before it was delivered which was lovely. It was delivered on time. I will definitely use them again.

Very nice flowers but..
The shop did not inform me that none of the hospitals accept flowers when I made the order as I would not have sent it but rather waited tilly aunt was home. Also the bunch I chose had peonies and no one called me or email to tell me and I would have changed the type of arrangement

It was a gift for a friend and I forgot to add my name! Mimosa to the rescue. I emailed first thing in the morning and had a reassuring response within 10 minutes. As if they were mind readers I received a short video (great idea) to show me how the flowers looked, and they looked good; fresh and beautifully presented.
Thank you Mimosa, my friend is really enjoying them.
